Brilliant company, I have been using this company for nearly a year now , my sciatica device broke so I rang customer service and within 4 days a new device , no quibble great honest company.

Sciatiscam is a better name for this product made with electric vibrators that you can find in dildos, at least those are much cheaper for a better effect. Apparently the makers don’t know the difference between vibration and sound waves, which is why they created sciatiscam that can cure only sick minds with its placebo effect.

I bought this out of desperation for my husband who suddenly developed Sciatica and being a self employed builder couldn’t take time off to rest. Doctors would only prescribe anti-inflammatory drugs and even his chiropractic appointments didn’t help! Nothing was working. Ordered the Sciaticalm and it was delivered the very next day (amazing service!). Husband found that immediately he gained relief and actually looked forward to using it…certainly without this clever little device his recovery wouldn’t have been as quick as it was. So glad we invested in it and we now have it in the house ready to be pushed into service immediately we might need it.

We were a bit sceptical about this tiny machine making any difference in how my husband feels but there’s been an improvement. He suffers from herniated discs and sciatica so wether it’s been a mix of his medication, daily exercises and use of the sciaticalm, it’s difficult to say. He was bed-bound for the last 2 weeks and now able to walk with just a slight pain after a week of use.
4 stars for the delayed delivery despite paying for the first class postage (Royal Mail strikes didn’t help but there was no information on the website either).

Hm, I see that a lot of people suffer of neck pain. Understandable, with this lifestyle we are all living. I am using one product – Acuraflex, it helps me a lot. I have tried many others, but there was no effect. This natural remedy is great!

the product is very reasonably priced, it's compact and holds a charge quickly ..I have a number of problems with my spine and will never be pain free, but having a flare up and my pain level was above 10 at times , using the product 3 times a day it alieviated my pain down to a 2/3 and helped me get some sleep after a week... it will now go wherever I go !

Product arrived as described and in good time. It does provide some relief from persistent back pain and is worth investing in.

So glad I bought this device, wear it at work, for the last 2hrs 30 mins of my shift,, on the lowest setting, certainly takes the edge off the pain, that 2 paracetamol & 2 codeine aren't touching..

I will give 5 stars to this product as I consider the price I paid for the results was fair enough.I am 32 years old. I have a hip dislocation with osteoarthritis. On top of that I started to have sciatic pain that aggravated my capacity of walking. I started with pain reliever like ibruprofen every 4 hours, voltaren, physiotherapist, hyaluronic acid, calcium, alpha lipoic acid, exercising daily. It has been a major help all of them but honestly I felt the best benefit from this device. I still take calcium and alpha lipoic acid as supplements and exercises 4 times a week. I used the device 3 times a day and helped me to recover from sciatic pain. Now I can sleep back as normal with no pains. Is fantastic and should be developed in more countries. Bought for my husband who has suffered with back and leg issues for many years . He has been using this for a couple of weeks and is seeing some improvement and getting some pain relief . So far very happy with the results he’s getting

Excellent item for sciatica. It works so well. I only use it twice a day now but you can use it as often as you need.

Arrived on time thankfully. It worked practically straight away and stopped me throwing tablets down my neck. After a few days things were back to as normal as they could be thanks to the machine, Lifesaver

Excellent piece of kit. Does exactly what it says on the tin & has many settings. Eases pain and is very simple to use. Very fast charging when the units battery stops, so you can carry on with your treatment. I would recommend this unit to anyone who is suffering from lower back or leg pain/strain. it helped me a lot,I was a bit sceptical at first but I had sciatica in my back and down my legs so bad and for weeks that I was willing to try anything,I used it twice a day and truthfuly it really eased the pain a lot.would highly recommend it.

I've had this for a few months now. I have a bulging disc in my lower spine that is pressing on my sciatic nerve. My doctors have given up, no medication seems to relieve the pain. Sciaticalm was my last resort, but it has had no effect whatsoever. If I have to pay to return it, I'd rather put it in the bin. Noticed that the company doesn't respond to reviews either, so they don't care because they already have your money. Very poor.

Did not help at all, worse still return policy not worth having. To return it you have to phone for authorisation, on an 0845 number, which can cost 65p a minute plus undisclosed service charge. If they authorise it, you have to pay for recorded return delivery and don't get original delivery cost back.

It's really a vibrator nothing else..... Didn't work for me and its poor design doesn't hold the machine well with the strap... Moreover, the Guarantee is for the device cost and not the postage that customer will have to pay for delivery and return i.e. £11.45 for me... Would not recommend it to anyone.

Sciaticalm is really helping getting the issue I have on my right side to ease so that I can move more easily and enjoy walking and playing golf. The rechargeable battery length is quite good but it’s a bit cumbersome to set up for charging up

The 'sciaticalm' is well worth trying - it has changed my life and I am so grateful for it. I had been suffering from significant pain from lower back to under my foot and was desperate as prescription medication was not effective. Since using the sciaticalm, only a month ago, I am able to do so much more, knowing that pain relief is at hand. I am reducing the amount of prescription painkillers I am taking, which is amazing.
