Prachtige spullen, mega goede klantenservice!

Snelle levering van een geweldige gezichtsolie. Dit zou de plantaardige versie van retinol moet zijn. Ik gebruik hem 's nachts en de olie wordt goed opgenomen door mijn huid.

Very good service and the merino sweater of Teym is beautiful! Bought one size smaller and it fits well Also bought two t shirts of Teym and they are great! I thinkmore will follow 😃🤗

I was so happy to finally place an order at SCOON. I love the concept and the products! It was just bad luck both the items weren't the right size. Can happen. It wasn't really clear (to me at least) what the return procedure was, but after emailing about is I learned I had to make two seperate return packages. I understand that the way SCOON works, you can't return in all in one to SCOON. This meant I had to pay twice the cost for the return sending. It will make me think twice to order more items at once again.

The item returned to SCOON was refunded quickly. The other item however wasn't. I had to email twice to SCOON about it and still haven't received the money refund after weeks. I know SCOON is looking after is and doing its best, so I trust it will work out fine in the end. Just not the great first-order-experience I had hoped for.

Besides the beautiful brands that are available at SCOON, the service I received was fast, direct and helpful.

It is very expensive, but for a greater cause

Great service, quick and correct, but the best part was a little handwritten thank you note from the founders! Also the products are of great quality.
