Happy with purchase. Bought for my daughter as Christmas present. Loved it. The only thing was the part you stand on is hard to clean as it has a hard sand type of surface where the dirt Is ground in. Any suggestions how to clean woukd be appreciated

Didnt came with the official packaging or invoice but in a china variant but the product is original and nice. it came new with best price anywhere, saved at least 100£ compared to currys or pure.
Also nice 1-2 day delivery service. Aboutbcontacted customer service asked for my invoicr and got response fairly quick.

Ordered a scooter Sunday around 5pm. Got all tracking details. They didnât work!! Alarm bells rang. Am I been scammed again? I quickly emailed the Scooterhub to see if I got a response. Received an email in an hour. Explained to me that tracking didnât work until my parcel arrived at APC delivery hub. Sure enough Monday I checked and they had it. Should have been Wednesday delivery. It arrived Tuesday am. Great customer service from scooterhub and great delivery from APC. Would recommend both companies âïžâïžâïžâïžâïž All the way!!
