Scooter Works レビュー 

I bought some Scooter grips from these guys, due to Living close to them they delivered them to my house which was brilliant service. I then had an issue with other Scooter parts I had bought my son for his birthday, and couldn’t get the Scooter together. They couldn’t help enough, lots of messages between us and we managed to sort it out even though I hadn’t bought the Scooter deck and bars from these guys. Any future purchases will definitely be from The shop, can’t rate them enough.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Jack talked me through every component I needed and even sources parts for me, from other stores, when Scooter Works were out of stock. He made the whole designing stress free and talked me through each step. Could not recommend Scooter Works enough!

great experience with a warranty issue my product broke with in two hours of me having them, Jack got it sorted super quick for me and had a replacement product sent out with in only a few days!

We had an issue with a loose brake on a scooter. The guys at scooter works were super quick to reply, understood our urgency (birthday present) and offered a number of solutions. In the end the scooter went back and was replaced, all of which was quick and easy.

Absolutely brilliant ! I have ordered a scooter and knee pads for my 13 year old son so far and both items arrived the day after ordering them!
Unfortunately, the knee pads strap broke. I contacted customer service and they quickly replied and sent me out a new pair free of charge. These too arrived the next day.

I've been hugely impressed with Scooter Works. My son absolutely loves his new scooter, and when we needed to exchange the bar handle, they did so quickly (and even delivered it to our door given we live close by). Couldn't recommend them highly enough for great quality products and exceptional service.

When my 10-year-old son asked for a custom-built scooter for his birthday, I was at a loss as to where to start. After a quick Google search, I stumbled upon the Scooter Works website. I decided to give them a call and was fortunate enough to speak with Jack. From that moment on, the service exceeded my expectations.
My son had a specific scooter in mind, wanting the Ethic Pandemonium deck. Jack meticulously went through each component, offering alternatives and his expert recommendations. His input was invaluable, and I truly appreciated his attention to detail.
Jack even took the time to personally assemble the scooter for us. Despite needing a part from another scooter website as my son wanted a different bar, the entire process was seamless.
The customer service we received was exceptional from start to finish.
I can't recommend Scooter Works highly enough. Their dedication to their customers is unmatched, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for everything.
