Had a previous loan with them that was paid out. Applied for a loan for the same amount and the officer William must have thought I was applying for a Million Dollar Loan. If they tell you they are easier than a Bank it is BS.
William also asked for Bank Details from another of our Companies that wasn't the Borrower.
William ended up refusing the loan but the irony is NAB approved us for an overdraft.
What a waste of time with them.
Had other offers from Lumi but thought as had used them before stay loyal. Don't expect the same from Scotpac.

This is my second time using business fuel and that’s for a reason,the team at business fuel are amazing and make life so easy hence why I’m a repeat customer,from the phone calls which never took longer then 3 minutes to resolve any issue I may have and that’s with whoever is on the phone,I didn’t sit around and get passed on to many different departments to how everything was done regarding my loan,everything was done with a few calls and emails,the team there are so professional yet so down to earth and don’t make you feel like your talking to a robot,on the few occasions I did have some problems which were from my end the team there were so understanding and helpful,I HIGHLY recommend the guys at business fuel for anyone needing that boost,once again the set up they have going on there is amazing and a lot of companies can learn from them on how to get things done,Talei,Tara and Pauline to name a few were outstanding from day one and I can’t thank them enough for making this whole process so smooth and easy,I will definitely be back for a third time if need be.

You screwed us. We’ve had two or three lines with you and never missed a single payment and a good customer and then you screwed us and wouldn’t give us any more lines and you wonder Companies when they get screwed by companies like yours bad reviews

Can’t thank enough! I lost hope on getting business funding in these hard times as i had a Paid default on my credit file. But they clearly understood why it happened and what was the situation and they offered me help just like any human would do. Unlike other lenders who always look at only technicalities. I got a good rate, good amount and good payment term. And double thanks to the man Lindsay, he said what he would do and he did what he said. Clear, fast and great service.
