Product was exactly as described and arrived promptly and well packaged. Order process was straight forward and delivery was within the timescale stated.

Thanks to Scotdsdales for delivery a variety of compost types and horticultural pebbles. Very easy to take delivery from friendly and helpful staff.

Gardening is at our core, and we welcome keen and novice gardeners alike into our stores with a promise that you will always find the highest quality products, the happiest, healthiest plants and passionate, knowledgable staff on hand to offer assistance no matter the question. Our aim is to offer a vast range of high quality, great value products encompassing the enjoyment of all the good things in life. Being a family friendly business that’s rooted in our local area, we want our garden centres to be places where everyone can feel welcome, and to come and spend time enjoying what is on offer.

Customer service lacking

Ordering easy. When there was an error with the delivery (I got a cheaper product than I had ordered) the service from the first customer services I spoke to was not very helpful and quite rude. When they rang me back much later a different person could see my point quite clearly. Low score due to first person I spoke to.
