When into the Thurso store lovely woman help me get everything set up with my vape I would highly recommend them to anybody who interested

Place an order 6 days ago and still waiting. Nobody replying to emails or contacting back. Wouldn't recommend at all. Lost 40£

Scotvapes have had an unfortunate week using yodel and my order seems to have vanished.

It took a few emails back and forward however Scotvapes have now redistributed my order via a reputable courier. (Royal mail)

The good thing about Scotvapes is that they realised that Yodel are awful and changed back to Royal mail.

How yodel took a parcel from the Highlands in Scotland past my city in central Scotland to England is beyond me.

Thank you to Scotvapes for resolving this, I will definitely remain a loyal customer.

I have bought a vape machine from this company that they are refusing to give me a refund because it's faulty they say it's customer error with charging I have plenty of photo proof to move other wise I would really advise anybody to avoid this company as they don't care about their customers they will give any excuse so they don't have to give a refund

Absolutely love the shop in Inverness , the staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly , always greet you with a smile , they take the time to explain the products, they also offer a loyalty card which is great for me as I buy for the whole family overall a great place to shop for all your vape needs top class

I was looking for a top filling pod for my tank, they informed me that they were discontinued (big sad). Fast forward a month or so later and they email me out of the blue - telling me that they were able to get hold of some from a distributer and that they would personally make sure that i would receive one.

They didn't need to email me, but they did, and i appreciate that. Good customer service and i would definitely order from them again.

Ordered vape juice online on the 25/8. It's now the 29th and still no update on my order. Sent several emails with no reply,Telephone number is going straight to voicemail. Very poor beware ordering online!!!

Staff in Inverness store very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I have an issue with oxva pens. Purchesed 2 pens in April both have been relpaced now July and the two replacements are not holding charge and very slow to charge. Will go back to store and see how they can help would not recommend these pens

Go to Scot vapes pretty regularly in paisley and have always found the staff to be helpful. This all changed today!!
Two weeks ago I purchased a replacement gotek vape and 6 bar juice. On the second day of having the device it stopped working.. I work in Fife so was unable to go back to the shop until today to get a replacement..(luckily I keep a spare) I was asked, how do you charge it? Do you have the box?Do you have the receipt?
I said no but I have a loyalty card on your system that will show I did indeed purchase from yourselves.
The girl point blank refused to replace which fair enough is there company policy but hey, I won't be back. I've spent quite a few quid in there over the last few months and they lost out on a £50 sale today..
£12.99 for a new vape wasn't the issue here but there company policy is!!

I recently purchased some juice and a new vape from Scotvapes, and unfortunately encountered some issues with the vape. Initially, my experience was less than satisfactory when I approached a staff member about the problem, as they mentioned there was nothing they could do.

Bought the geek vape kit on 19th October 2022. After a couple weeks it stopped working. Went back and was given a new pod as this seemed to be the problem got home same day it stopped working again. Went back and was issued another pod same again it stopped working guy with grey hair just kept saying come back if it doesn’t work which I did and jsut same again home with a new pod. . Kept having to go by elf bars because of this in the end I gave in and bought a new kit that has been working fine but just feel like Iv been ripped off because I have a kit that hasn’t ever really worked and now out of warranty by a couple days as I hadn’t time to get back up before it went out. Feel totally let down.

Amazing staff! I walked in not even looking for a vape but a charger for my phone that had died and I was struggling to find one that would fit my phone and he went straight through the back and came through with a charger for me and didnt even charge me! Thanku again so much for ur kindness! Lovely people!😊

Aled the assistant who helped with my problem was excellent. His customer service was first class. The staff in Elgin store are all so helpful. I love going in there.
