We've been partners with Scrape.do for over a year now. I used to think that choosing a partner always meant picking two out of three: Price, Customer Support, and Service Quality. But that's not the case with them - you get the full package.

Customer Support - Their support is always available and friendly. They work on weekends and even during late-night hours. Simple issues are resolved within minutes, medium issues within half an hour, and even the most challenging problems within a few days. Their support uptime is as reliable as their proxies.

Service Quality - Scrape.do offers two types of services: an API gateway and HTTP proxies. We are heavy users of the HTTP proxy mode (our preferred choice). These proxies help us scrape around 92 domains under high load. They've overcome the most difficult targets in my experience - including Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack - and support handling 10-20 million daily requests to Amazon. If anything breaks, their support helps you resolve it without having to rewrite your entire codebase. The proxies are highly customizable, with options for country targeting, rendering, and screenshotting - saving us from managing a fleet of Selenium or Playwright machines.

Price - The pricing is very affordable. Our system makes 200-400 million requests per month, and the cost of both the quality of service and customer support fits well within our budget.

Overall, I'm very pleased to have found them. Their service lets me sleep at night, knowing that my automated scrapers keep running smoothly without hitting 403 errors or malformed data.

It's being an awesome experience working with scrape.do. They are a key part in our business, their inconditional help is priceless.

They are usually fast to answer Support, but after I asked them about this, radio silence! They must be avoided! I just lost 50 USD because of this!

We use scrape.do to monitor local country Amazon product pages for changes. scrape.do has helped us tremendously in shortening the development time while improving the reliability of the results. At the beginning we needed some help with using geo-locations, but the customer service helped us immediately in live chat and worked out a perfect solution in just a matter of time!

Best proxy rotating API by far. I recently signed up for scrape.do's Pro membership to complete a complex scraping assignment.

My use-case was very complex, using Python and Selenium, and requiring geocoding, javascript rendering, and captcha bypasses. Not only was my success rate high given how complex the task was, the speeds were amazingly fast.

Most other scraping services did not even manage to perform a single scrape successfully! To top this all off, the customer support was prompt and reliable throughout. Even when I was still on the free tier, Batuhan was extremely generous with his time and gave me all the advice I needed to make my project a success. On average, I waited no longer than 5 minutes for a reply.

I highly recommend scrape.do for any scraping project which requires proxy rotation. They are a cut above the rest.

Efficient recommended tool

We're using scrape.do for our sem project and fetch huge amount of serp pages from google without any problems. We were using other scraper tools and the success rate was not good as scrape.do. Also the support is not good as scrape.do. Scrape.do is the best choice on the market if you scrape lots of pages from web.
