Wonderful customer service since I had to call them twice to clear things up because I wasn’t sure what I was doing and it really helped me in a pinch when my poor dog you were sick. Thank you, Scratch Pay.

I never want to use a pet payment plan ever again for surgery. Next time I’ll do the cheaper way and get it over with.

Payment dates fluctuate from month to month. Late fees added after payments were made. The company corrected it and removed them after I called and informed them that their system added late fees. They do offer 6 months no interest plan. They don't tell you (it is in the fineprint though) that after the 6 month grace period - they charge you interest daily.
It was a decent service for when we needed them. Just do not appreciate the continuous changing due dates from month to month. Their customer service representatives are very courteous and sweet so please be nice to them! They will help you.
I don't know if I would choose this company again though honestly.

This service has been so helpful in a time of financial struggle. We were able to get our precious dog urgent and wonderful care without feeling the added strain of needing to pay out of pocket what we didn't have. Scratch pay made the payments very easy to pay with a very good system that is not complicated. Once when I needed to call for technical help, the agent was very helpful and resolved the issue the first time I called. I would highly recommend them. I LOVE the 6 month pay off option to avoid paying interest. Thank you so much for everything!

This is the second time we've used Scratchpay for unexpected veterinary emergency hospital bills. The application process is easy and quick and able to be done while at the veterinary hospital. They immediately pay the vet directly and offer reasonable re-payment plans .. which include an option to avoid all interest charges (in our case if paid off within 6 months, which we just did!) Overall I couldn't recommend this experience any higher !! A+++

I feel there is a late fee scam going on here. My accounts on autopay should not have late fees or “small amounts” due in between payments.

Was able to get approved within minutes to get my baby to the vet immediately! Was a great peace of mind to be able to show up knowing that my bill was going to be covered and that the payments were going to be very affordable. Highly recommend!!

Scratchpay has saved many of my pets. Even with bad credit, I was able to finance an emergency after hours visit and follow up treatments to my vet. Without it, my only choice would’ve been to euthanize.

I absolutely LOVE scratchpay!!!! They have been a key in my cat rescue. I’ve used them for the last 3 years and knowing they are there is amazing

This has been the best experience ever. Last year we adopted a dog, he was supposedly healthy and up-to-date on everything, but that was not the case. So the first thing we had to do was take him to the vet, and being a giant breed it was very expensive. So we applied for scratch pay and within three minutes that was paid. The approval process literally was only minutes. I have recommended this several people to use scratch pay when they found themselves stuck with their vet bill. I will be using them in the future. It just made things really easy.
