Sorry you feel this way, we did everything we could from our end to assist you. We do require items to be returned to us before we can give refunds, we were able to provide a free return label but you explained to us you threw the part in the bin and felt you didnât have to return the item. Returning items for refunds is standard practice with online retailing, especially considering how valuable your order was.
