Really impressed with Screen4. I have used them on a number of occasions for testing to return from the US. Tests always arrive on time, the process is very easy, and I have always received my results before the deadline.
I have always found their customer service team to be friendly and helpful. On one occasion my order was delivered to the wrong address (at the fault of DPD). I spoke to Amber in the customer service team who couldn't have been more lovely. She apologised for the error (despite it being DPD's fault!) and got new tests sent out straight away to be delivered the next day.
I also find their prices to be cheaper than a lot of other private testing places. Overall I would highly recommend!

Clearly some cross contamination within the labs - very poor service ! TUI recommend them however I have emailed them to inform them.
I am a key worker and needed to be back in work - excuse given was totally royal mail - however if they promise 48hour turn round they should be looking for a better delivery company

I made an order for day 2 lateral flow tests. The next day the government guidance changed and needed pcr tests instead. I immediately contacted the company to cancel my order or change this to pcr bearing in mind it wasnât due to be dispatched for nearly 2 weeks. No answer on their phone lines, live chat or via email. Eventually they updated their live chat message to say they are not able to amend or cancel orders. This is in breech of the distance selling regulations and to date, over nearly 3 weeks later I have not received a response. I will be pursuing via the ombudsmen. Shocking service.
the last time i travelled, i used Qured, and it was a maze of confusion. This time i tried Screen4, their website is clear, and when i had a question that was not in their FAQs I got through pretty quickly to live chat with a Real Person who was friendly, professional, and helpfully answered all my questions. Later on i discovered I had mis-written my mum's name on one of the tests, so again i got through to live chat and they were able to sort that out for me. I will definitely use Screen4 again for travel testing requirements.
This company has completely failed in its contract to provide timely results for a day 2 PCR test Sent the test in 4 days ago and still not even had an acknowledgement that they have even received the test let alone a result
Tried phoning twice - but after being kept in a queue for more than an hour I gave up!!!! Have emailed them and they have not had the courtesy to reply

Tried to upgrade antigen test to PCR test due to the latest government rules I was told via email that I could do and needed to respond by email which I did do immediately. This was over 10 days ago and Iâm still waiting for a response, in the mean time I had to buy PCRs as well so I have ended up with two sets of kits which I didnât need despite me emailing plenty of times and nobody gets back to you. Iâve been on hold twice for over an hour on the phone trying to speak to someone. PCR test sent off 4 days ago and still waiting for results!

Screen 4 did not provide the test results within the agreed period. This is unacceptable as people are self isolating until the results are complete. Their customer advice staff did not apologise, and said that is was beyond their control as the labs were very busy. This is nonsense as Screen4 should not have accepted as many orders if they could not fulfil them on schedule. This is a case of corporate greed taking priority over customer service. The government should take action if companies cannot provide the service advertised.
Our day 2 PCR tests had not arrived when we returned from our holiday the live chat person was very unhelpful and said they may arrive sometime tomorrow up to 6pm ( the website is not clear but they use DPD who donât deliver on a weekend therefore if returning on a Monday as we did the test kits will not be dispatched until after the weekend. Asked about upgrading to on site clinician testing and was told I would have to pay again. I decided to ring and was on hold for 1hr 26mins but when I eventually got through Amber was fantastic and sorted out payment and upgrade to same day clinician tests.

i would recommend Screen4 to anybody needing covid tests. i spoke to a really nice lady called Amber Jones who talked me through what i need to do. now the stress has gone :)
We were seen on time and the test took under 5 mins for two of us. Justima was friendly and clear in her communication as to what was required.

I am using screen4 for my travel tests since the coronavirus pandemic started.I called the customer service team as my test results didnât arrive and was very lucky to have Elise answer my call, I was anxious and fearful to miss my Doctor appointment if the results were delayed.
Elise explained that the results were ready early this morning but due to a barcode mistake on my part ðthey couldnât match the results to my file. She forwarded the test results promptly and made me feel comfortable and calm. She has a customer service second to none, professional and compassionate.
