Quick friendly and efficient service

Antonio was extremely friendly and performed the test for me as i was struggling and i get my results and certificate emailed before i leave. This has been a pleasant and quick experience.

I've used this service before

I've used this service before - remotely but this time I decided to do a PCR test in clinic as we have just returned from seeing family abroad. I was met by Antonio who was super patient, and friendly, and was very meticulous in making sure I understood the process and filled out forms correctly. He was also v. patient with my 4 year old son who accompanied me. I will continue to recommend the Hammersmith service to my family and friends - many thanks Antonio.

WARNING!!!! DELAY OVER WEEKENDS !!! WE DID NOT GET RESULTS IN TIME

We sent our PCR test on the Friday for our flight on the Tuesday morning as recommended by TUI. By Monday morning we still did not have our results back. I spoke to Screen4 and they still had not received the tests and blamed Royal Mail for this. I asked them to cancel the tests and to not send to the lab and we would pay for the post and packaging plus for the kit.
They did not do this and sent the tests to the lab - we received our result whilst being in the air.
We had to pay for another last minute PCR at a high cost walk in centre to board or flight.

Screen 4 did not offer any refund and said it was up to us to read the terms and conditions and take into account Royal Mail delivery services. This is correct! However the tests were cancelled but they still continued to process the results even though the results were pointless as we knew we would not have the results back in time.

Plus why offer a service that they knew would never be back in time?

We were offered nothing in return. Wasted £100 on two tests and had to pay a further £100 each as we needed results back to board out flight.

Wouldn’t use again.

I would use Chronomics for any future testing as they are reliable.

We provide complementary Royal Mail tracked 24 postage packaging with all our self-test PCR kits as well as offering a network of our own Drop boxes. This is to ensure all our customers have options to choose from when deciding how to get samples back to us. As Drop boxes are our own delivery network, we have greater control over ensuring samples delivered using this method, get to the lab either the same day or at the latest, next day (dependent on the time a sample is taken to a drop box). We do, however, recognise that our Drop box locations do not suit everyone. This is why the Royal Mail Tracked 24 option is offered as an alternative.

Unfortunately, delays are sometimes experienced by our customers when opting to use the Royal Mail option. The service Royal Mail offers is a 24-hour delivery aim, as per their terms and conditions.

We do however understand your frustration, this is why, for any customers who’s testing requirements are time sensitive, we recommend opting for one of our clinician performed test services or to use our one of our Drop boxes to get self-test samples back to us. This is outlined on our website.

Due to a rejected PCR sample on…

Due to a rejected PCR sample on Christmas Day, had to arrange a re-test at short notice on Boxing Day. Spoke with Tyler and he worked his magic and managed to organise a re-test for the next day. Thank you Tyler for making this process as stress free as possible; your professionalism and understanding was appreciated.

Day 5 of a long wait to get our day 2…

Day 5 of a long wait to get our day 2 PCRs. They should tell if they don't have the capacity to deal with demand rather than taking people's money and leaving them stuck in limbo. Or contract others to increase capacity in Spain, France or Germany.

Screen4 Use DPD to dispatch test kits in line with customers travel requirements, sometimes delays can happen which is outside our control, we will do everything possible once you contact our Customer Service Team to ensure any issues that occur can be rectified.

Ordered three PCR test two of which…

Ordered three PCR test two of which were ok the thirds lid was not secured properly and leaked all its contents before it got to us.

Two phone calls waiting in queues of 1hrs and 45mins (which was ‘cut-off’ midway through my explanation) and the second I could give more time than the 1hrs 30mins I waited in a queue.

Eventually got messaged back by email first reply 13 days after the test was needed. Self isolation and negative results deemed this length of time mute.

Their solution is to send me out another PCR test which for the above reasons is pointless. Like me, I’d suggest you go elsewhere for a decent service.

Spoke to Tyler Dunning on their contact line regarding my day 2 return to UK test as i had forgotten to input data of my sample to associate the test with myself he helped rectify this and get the relevant details input on my online account so i could receive my test results. Was a fast and approachable service.

Terrible service. Do not use if you’re in any hurry.

Terrible service. Do not use unless you are happy waiting a long time for your PCR result. Posted three tests last Saturday.Two we’re delivered on Monday (results Tuesday) which was Ok but my son’s wasn’t delivered until Wednesday morning by Royal Mail Track24 and didn’t get to the lab till that evening. It’s now Thursday and we are still waiting. Cancelled Christmas events with not much empathy from anyone at Screen 4 and no offer to reimburse for the delay. They need more drop boxes so you don’t have to use Royal Mail. They only have half a dozen across the whole country which is pretty rubbish.

Simple and straightforward booking process. On arrival at the clinic Chrissie was very friendly and professional, helping each step along the way to make sure everything was setup correctly to record the results.

Very slow service after 6 days still haven't had my result back

Very slow service, luckily I did have an alternative, or I wouldn't have been able to fly.
I've bought a Pre-Travel PCR Self Test for my flight, and because I was supposed to fly on Sunday 19th, I took and shipped my PCR test on Thursday 16th. The tracking showed that it was delivered on Friday 17th at 4 pm, but I only got a confirmation email from them about the processing after four days on Tuesday the 21st.
On today 22nd, 6 days after I took and shipped the PCR test still haven't got my result.
Look somewhere else If you're need a PCR to fly

The service we offer for the PCR Testing requires barcode entry from the sample for results to be reported and if barcode is entered incorrectly or not entered may cause a delay in results been reported.

Don’t deserve the 1 star rating I have…

Don’t deserve the 1 star rating I have had to leave. Appalling service- total rip off - paid for rapid antigen test kits prior to gov guidelines changing, unable to cancel although tests hadn’t been despatched. Tests should have been received 6 December, it’s now 20th and still not here! Have emailed Screen4, no response, can’t get through on phone either. Last time I posted negative review on here ( 29 November) they emailed me back within 1/2 hour - obviously that is the only way to get a response from this company. Wonder how much money they have made in the last few weeks by not refunding or sending rapid antigen tests ordered before 28 November. Look forward to hearing what your excuse is this time Screen4.
