I had previously used Screen Time relatively successfully (although the process of installing and pairing seems to be problematic at the best of times). However, this year I bought Premium and, for an entire month, the app didn't work properly. I was constantly in touch with customer services, which compounded the bad experience as at times they would take hours to respond on chat, at other times it would be days! I even sent an email directly through the site's contact form and although I could see that this prompted customer services to pick up the ball they had dropped, I still ended up waiting three days for a response (to the urgent-at-the-time issue of geolocation for my teenage daughter, which - in the end - I never got). When I told them I was canceling my subs, I got "Sorry for the inconvenience". I won't ever use them again.

They don't provided proper technical support for app and told me they couldn't cancel my subscription. They did eventually cancel my subscription but be warned!

charged me for years without having access to my account! customer service team not helpful at all ..

We got into the app in the early days of development and early days of our teen-agers online life. It was a great solution, and once we all go used to it, it regularised the intrusiveness of our children's online lives. We great timing apps, focus time, chores lists, earn extra time, bedtime switch off. Once routines were established, the children loved it also. At early age many of their friends didn't know when to turn off, stop calling and texting, having an ability to manage the interruptions really de-stressed our children and us knowing they weren't harassed with intrusive online life.

Couldn't recommend this app enough. Now with geo tagging and more development, the app goes from strength to strength.

You're all doing a great job at Screen Time Labs. In fact, it might be worth creating an adult version! : )
