I booked for an appointment for a home visit but the technician didn't turn up. The whole process was very difficult to follow. I had to chase for technical support. It is not worth the effort and finally I closed my account. Save all the trouble.

Screenwise have never paid out any of the rewards that were promised. I ended up stopping my participation because of this, and because the tv monitor was always having issues and was far more intrusive that advertised. Was a complete waste of my time and I got nothing in return. Screenwise haven’t bothered to try and resolve the issue of missing rewards, instead directing me to a third party who say my account never existed.

Not had any points for two months now(thats 16k worth) generic email says that all points are safe and there are just issues applying them to accounts.
Help desk question are going unanswered. I suspect this is the beginning of the ned.

it would appear that screen wise select has not credited our monthly points for June 2026, now i hear that wpp the large owner has transferred the business from Kantar to numerator, which is also owned by wpp,for a sale which will mean that shop and scan and screen wise select will also be part of this sale. This when sold to new owners could mean the loss of both if new owners don't wish to use them

Calls to helpline go unanswered and requests for call backs are ignored....this is a continuous issue.
