Ordered on 18th March with a delivery estimate of 2 to 3 days. Received email confirming the order but never received any despatch details. No response to my message. Finally received item on 28th March but lack of information from supplier means I will not be buying from them in the future.

Had bad experience as ordered on 12 th March after seeing the product on Dragons Den. Had order acknowledgement but nothing since and it’s now 27th March. Wrote an email and contacted them through their contact page website contact form and they have not responded back. Left no option other than to report to PayPal where they instantly refunded my money. Wouldn’t recommend this company. As another reviewer stated good job a Dragon didn’t invest.

Having seen the product on Dragons Den, I was so impressed that I went on their website and purchased 3, one of each colour for my son, son in law, and myself. I also ordered a spare.
These were all in stock, order placed via SHOP on the Thursday 12th March with delivery of 2-3 days as stated in their order confirmation email and expected these by Saturday.
Monday came and nothing, emailed them, no reply. Emailed them again,,reply was we've been really busy and expecting stock. They will be out to you today.
Tuesday, nothing, even the SHOP app lists the order as waiting on Screw Caddy. Emailed them again, no reply.
We are now Wednesday, the post has been and nothing.
I've checked the SHOP app, still waiting on Screwcaddy to confirm dispatch...
And there they are asking for financial support on DD, And telling them that their orders book is full.
I wouldn't bother wasting your time, what a total unprofessional way to run a company, they were right not to invest, they would be so frustrated by them
