I would like to share my recent experience while subcontracting for a company where a team leader named Emily was responsible for coordinating job assignments. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues during this time that I believe are important to highlight for the benefit of others.

In my experience, the management—particularly under Emily's leadership—demonstrated poor communication and inadequate people management skills. Without receiving any complaints about the performance of my cleaner, we were abruptly asked to resign from the job.
