Hi Manil,
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Our delivery process is handled by a third party courier service and we always try to deliver packages within 1-3 business days. We received your order yesterday and we dispatched it on the same day. May be it has not been delivered today due to the horrible weather condition throughout the country. We will do our level best to complete the delivery of your order as soon as possible.
Thanks,
Team SC.
