Siamo stati a Marsa Alam dal 15/03 al 22/03 e ci siamo rivolti al diving per le escursioni,decisione più che azzeccata,sono stati i soldi meglio spesi durante la vacanza.
Professionalità, gentilezza e sorrisi da parte di tutto lo staff erano all'ordine del giorno, in particolar modo Rosa, è stata semplicemente fantastica, sempre disponibile, che dire per le escursioni loro sono il TOP.

Dada is a great person. He cares about everyone, tells with such passion that time passes too quickly. Abdul (sorry if I misspelled the name) also positively crazy. I highly recommend choosing Dada as a guide, because he will take care of every detail. We felt like we were with our own brother.♥️

Very bad exchange rate and overall far too expensive for what was offered. The whole experience felt like a rip-off. It seemed like they only care about getting money from tourists instead of providing a good quality snorkeling trip. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this excursion.

Durante il soggiorno ho utilizzato il diving center del resort per 2 uscite con un totale di 4 immersioni, oltre a 2 visite guidate con la mia famiglia (Hamata e Abu Dabbab).
L’organizzazione è stata impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto: briefing chiari, logistica puntuale, attrezzature in ordine e massima attenzione alla sicurezza. Tutto è stato gestito con grande professionalità, permettendoci di vivere le esperienze in totale tranquillità, anche con un bambino.
Un ringraziamento particolare a Rosa, che ha seguito con grande cortesia e precisione tutta la parte burocratica e organizzativa, dimostrando attenzione e disponibilità non scontate.
Diving center consigliato, sia per sub esperti sia per famiglie che vogliono avvicinarsi al mare del Mar Rosso in modo sicuro e ben guidato.

uería organizar un viaje de buceo a Egipto y, después de mucho buscar información sobre "tauchen ägypten", elegí Scuba World Divers en Soma Bay por sus buenas críticas. ¡Ahora entiendo por qué son los mejores!

Desde el primer contacto, todo fue fácil y profesional. En el centro, la bienvenida fue fantástica. Todo el personal, desde los instructores hasta la tripulación del barco, se esfuerza al máximo para que tu experiencia sea inolvidable. La seguridad es su máxima prioridad, con briefings claros y equipos de primera calidad, lo que me dio muchísima confianza bajo el agua.

Los arrecifes de Soma Bay son un paraíso. Gracias a los guías, vimos tortugas, rayas y una cantidad impresionante de peces de colores. Todo está perfectamente organizado para que solo te preocupes de disfrutar.

Recomiendo Scuba World Divers Soma Bay al 100%. ¡Gracias por unas vacaciones de buceo inolvidables!

Absolute Katastrophe. Wir fühlten uns verarscht. Angepriesen wurde der Halbtagsausflug mit tollen Riffen, einer Bucht und einer Sandbank. Wir fuhren ca 10 min mit dem Boot zum ersten Riff. Es gab absolut nichts zu sehen und kaum Fische. Da hatte unser Hotelhausriff mehr zu bieten. Dann kam der nächste Stopp…..nach nur 5 min Fahrt…..die sogenannte Sandbank. Diese war nicht vorhanden, bzw. so tief, dass die Kinder nicht stehen konnten. Zu schnorcheln gab es auch da nichts. Dann hatten wir Hoffnung auf die sogenannte „Bucht“, auch da war die Boots Fahrt nach nur wenigen Minuten zu Ende. Das Riff war etwas besser, aber nichts wie angepriesen. Die Obstverpflegung an Bord bestand aus 15 Honigmelonenstückchen und 20 einzelnen Weintrauben. Dann ging es zurück. Die Kinder waren enttäuscht, es gab weder etwas Besonderes unter Wasserbzu sehen noch eine tolle Bootsfahrt, weil wir uns kaum wegbewegt haben. Verkauft wurden uns dann noch völlig überteuerte Fotos. Leider haben wir uns da bequatschen lassen. Bitte kauft diese Bilder nicht…..so schlecht gemachte Fotos, völlig überbelichtet und mit Weichzeichner zur Unkenntlichkeit retouschiert. Die kann man niemandem zeigen 😂 Einzig das Video ist ok, aber dafür viel zu teuer. Schade um den halben Tag.

The personal treatment, the patience of the instructors and helping persons (with equipment) and the small groups (maximum 4 divers) made the dives (14 in total with my daughter) an awesome experience. Furthermore Marsa Alam is an excellent divers spot. All the instructors were superb in there guidance and support!

Es betrifft den Ausflug mit Delphinen:
Wir haben scuba gewählt, weil die quasi garantiert haben, mit Delphinen zu schnorcheln (jaaa, 99% klappt es!‘ - es folgt ein Video, in dem man Personen und Delphine zusammen im Wasser schwimmen sieht).
Wir fuhren extra früh raus (um 5 Uhr morgens), damit noch keine andere Boote da sind. Es kostete fast 300 Euro für den Halb-Tagesausflug für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Ich verstehe, dass es offenes Meer ist und die Delphine sich frei bewegen. Jedoch fühlte man zum Schluss einfach nur belogen und verarscht. Wir waren gefühlt ewig auf dem Wasser, fuhren hin und zurück, und als wir den Delphin-Spot erreicht haben, waren dort viele viele Boote, unter denen auch viele speed boats, die den Delphinen hinterher gejettet haben und die verscheuchten.

Ihr solltet Abstand nehmen von der Bezeichnung ‚Dolphine trip‘.
Im Nachhinein ist mir klar, das hier nur viel Geld für einen ‚normalen‘ Schnorchel Ausflug gesammelt wird. Mit einer Werbung, die schlicht falsch ist.

Razem z żoną i synem mieliśmy umówioną wycieczkę na snorkowanie i pływanie z delfinami z firmą Scuba World na konkretny dzień. Wycieczka była opłacona z góry. O wyznaczonej dacie i godzinie byliśmy na recepcji hotelu Jaz Aquaviva, czekając na organizatora. Czekaliśmy ponad godzinę, ale nikt się nie zjawił!

Próbowaliśmy skontaktować się ze Scuba World przez recepcję hotelu – bezskutecznie. Trzy różne numery telefonów i ani jednej odpowiedzi. Sam też próbowałem dzwonić na numer ze strony Scuba World, ale znów bez skutku.

Następnego dnia pojechaliśmy na plażę, aby wyjaśnić sytuację. Organizatorzy twierdzili, że byli po nas i odbierali innych uczestników z naszego hotelu. To nieprawda! Pokazywali nam nawet fałszywe podpisy uczestników, którzy rzekomo zostali odebrani. Czekaliśmy całą godzinę przy recepcji, która jest tuż przy drzwiach wejściowych, więc nie ma możliwości, żebyśmy przegapili ich przyjazd.

Zaproponowano nam zmianę terminu wycieczki na kolejny dzień, ale nie mogliśmy z tego skorzystać, bo wracaliśmy do Polski. Poprosiłem więc o zwrot pieniędzy. Po półgodzinnej bezowocnej rozmowie stwierdzili, że nie mogą oddać mi moich pieniędzy. Zostałem bez wycieczki i bez pieniędzy!

Serdecznie odradzam korzystanie z usług Scuba World. To zwykli naciągacze żerujący na obcokrajowcach. Nie potrafią przyznać się do błędu i nie zwracają pieniędzy za niewykonane usługi. Gdyby to miało miejsce w cywilizowanym kraju, zgłosiłbym to odpowiednim organom, ale w Egipcie człowiek jest bezradny.

Jeśli ktoś zdecyduje się na zakup wycieczki w Scuba World, to tylko przez biuro podróży, nigdy na własną rękę, tak jak ja. Opinie na Google są kupione i wyłączone, co świadczy o tym, że ta firma to jedna wielka porażka.

Unikajcie ich za wszelką cenę!

Wir haben einen Bootsausflug zum Orange Bay in Ägypten gebucht.
Wir wurden mit einem weiteren Pärchen vom Hotel angeholt und direkt zum Boot gebracht, ohne weitere Stops.
Das Boot war top ausgestattet und super groß.
Insgesamt waren wir mit 18 Touristen.
Getränke sind für die gesamte Tour inkl. (Wasser, Cola etc, Kaffee)
Die Crew spricht einige Sprachen, u.a. sehr gutes deutsch. Man hat sich durchweg sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Die Schnorchelstops waren super ausgewählt und haben eine tolle Unterwasserwelt geboten.
Auf Orange Bay hatten wir 1,5h Aufenthalt.

Zurck am Boot angekommen gab es ein Lunch-Buffet bestehend aus: Reis, Pasta, Pommes, Brot, Hähnchen, Fleischröllchen, Salate, gebratenes Gemüse und noch vieles mehr. Ich fand das Buffet für eine Bootstour wirlich hochwertig und geschmacklich super.
Ich würde wieder eine Tour buchen bei meinem nächsten Besuch.

We had a lot of fun, both under and above water. SWD seemed like a very stream lined organisation, I was taken care of very well and the staff was very experienced and helpfull.
The underwater life, corals and sea grass particularly, had a bit of a hit due to a massive heat wave in August. Still there were plenty of turtles, dolphins and even a whale shark!

Also, I learned some of the staff the classic Dutch ollekebolleke;).

I have been diving now for over 20 years. I am a qualified Assistant Instructor through PADI I have never in all my dives witnessed the following:_ on the 22nd of July 2022 myself buddied up with the Dive leader and two German divers directly behind witnessed the Dive leader point at two Octopuses on a large corral. The Dive leader went straight to them scaring one Octopus off he then broke off a chunck of coral and strarted to poke the other with his pointing stick trying to get it out of the coral. We all looked at him shaking our heads.

We dived for the first time with scuba world divers this year in October in Makadi Bay. We were really impressed. All people were very lovely and always helpful. Planning and organizing was simple and uncomplicated. Emails were always answered very promptly.
The dive center itself was very tidy, the equipment technically in good condition and well maintained, the boats made a trusting impression. The dives are well organized and nothing was missing. For the briefing the guides took great care and left nothing to chance. We will gladly come back.
The only thing that frightened me was the condition of the reefs. It is horrible to see how much has been broken in the last years. Where 10 years ago were colorful coral fields, today are grey heaps. It is terrible what we humans are doing to the earth.
