Gracias por su comentario. Tras revisar su caso, queremos aclarar que sí se le respondió informándole de que la dirección de envío utilizada era la que usted mismo introdujo al realizar la compra. También se le indicó que, una vez el paquete ha sido enviado, el transportista no permite modificar la dirección, por lo que no es posible realizar cambios en ese momento.

Lamentamos las molestias que esta situación le haya podido causar. Para futuras compras, le recomendamos revisar cuidadosamente los datos de envío antes de confirmar el pedido, con el fin de evitar incidencias similares.
