Rectified Order
UPDATE:
They offered me a refund and have given me a gift card for a potential future order. For me, the situation was well handled in the end.

I placed an order with Sculpd on January 31st, with their guarantee that it would arrive before Valentineâs Day. Not only did the package never arrive, but tracking showed that it was never even shippedâjust a label created.
When I reached out, customer service first blamed the delay on the shipping carrier, telling me to contact them myself. After doing so, I learned that the carrier never actually received the package! Despite this, Sculpd insisted they had "shipped" it. Instead of taking accountability, they passed the issue back and forth while I was left without my order or any proactive updates.
Im still in the middle of emails back and forth. A company that guarantees delivery should ensure orders are fulfilled on time or at least communicate transparentlyânot make the customer do the legwork.
I won't be ordering from Sculpd again, and Iâd caution others against trusting this company.
