My experience so far with the program has been amazing. I originally inquired about the SBS program due to a problem i had with hypertension + bad sleep and i wanted to first try and resolve it naturally.

My progress so far has been quite impressive. I got paired with Dr Zino as my coach and she has been great. Dropped about 7-8 kg since the beginning of my journey and my BP also dropped quite significantly as a result of all the new lifestyle habits.

1 on 1 calls with both Dr Zino and Dr Mike have been highly motivating and looking forward to the end result.

But overall for me its worthy of 5 stars

I found Dr. Mike on YouTube. I liked his message and personality and thought I would give it a try. He trained me personally. My results blew me away. He was patient with me but held me accountable. I struggled with my diet and specificity of my workouts. I went from 24% body fat at nearly 200lbs down to 14% body fat and 164lbs. I was able to meet him in person at MasterMind seminar. As well as my other personal nutritionists Dr. Zino and Dr. Max. The entire team is like family to me. Absolutely would recommend to anyone struggling with stubborn body fat and being consistent with diet and exercise.

Dr Kelsey is amazing. I am so happy to be working with such a thorough and caring panel of doctors. This program has really helped me tap in to the underlying triggers that have been holding back my Weightloss. They completed a thorough review of my medical history and lifestyle before designing a program that has already helped me to be 6lbs down in my 1st month. I see changes in my body composition, sleep and muscle mass already. Even beyond this program I will be using what I have learned to live a healthy lifestyle.

Sculpt by Science has been an absolute game changer for how I approach food selection. I have dropped 12 lbs in 8 weeks. I even lost 1/2 a pound while on a 7 day cruise!! This has been thanks to the one on one support from Dr Zino and creating a diet that is easy to follow. I’m also learning how to make healthy selections when eating out. Dr Mike has put together an excellent program involving nutrition, exercise, and monitoring bloodwork. I would highly recommend to anyone to use Sculpt by Science.

I am a mom of 4, I own and operate 3 businesses and I am the caretaker to my 82 year old mom with dementia. I found Sculpt by Science on Instagram. I was reluctant at first but I took a leap of faith and I haven’t been disappointed. Dr. Kelsey holds me accountable, listens to my concerns and works with me to achieve my weight loss goals. He helped me to set realistic goals and he cheers me on even when I forget to cheer for myself. Sculpt by Science created a worldwide community of people who are facing the same challenges that I face and the weekly check-ins keep me motivated and challenged. I would definitely recommend Sculpt by Science to anyone who wants to lose weight and keep it off.

The team’s fantastic. We have a community that is very supportive towards each other. My goals were to get in the best shape of my life and I’m inching closer to that day by day dropping from 187 pounds to 160 in a matter of months. They’ve taught me healthy habits and how to get the best out of my nutrition. My coach Dr Mo gets on my ass quite a bit in a way that resonates with me. Seriously helps me stay accountable.
Initially signed up for 4 months but here I am renewing for another year.

Great stuff

Sculpt by Science has help improve my overall health and body composition.
I initially weighed 176 lbs and have now reduced to 165 lbs and still counting. Shout out to my coach, Dr. Penelope, for support throughout this journey. Although the program requires a considerable investment, the education and structure provided have allowed me to make noticeable progress.
I feel happy and grateful for the improvements I've achieved, and I look forward to continuing this path.

Not everyone progresses the same speed; by sticking to the program, you become the best version of yourself! I have immense travel and last minute changes to my lifestyle and everything gets adapted. Nutrition, workout, sleep - everything is constantly monitored and ensured that you reach your optimal results!

Dr. Zino and the team I worked with here changed my life. I lost weight, built a lot of muscle, and got the first 6 pack in my life. And I ate amazing, and have continued to make progress every since.

I have to say, Dr. Diamond, Dr. Zino, and the entire Sculpt by Science team are incredible. Their coaching, fat-loss program, and overall approach to metabolic health are truly exceptional. Before hiring them, I did extensive research and quickly learned that they rely on real, evidence-based science to deliver the best possible results.

What they’ve taught me will stay with me for the rest of my life. They’ve helped me build lifelong, healthy habits, and I now feel completely confident in my ability to live a metabolically healthy lifestyle. I’ve been training and eating healthy for more than 15 years with nothing to show for it. I always thought such services when advertised with the before and after pics are too good to be true until I saw the results on one my best friends and he was the one that introduced me to Sculpt by Science. I learned why such results are easily attainable if you put yourself in the right environment and with the right guidance. Working with Dr. Zino is the best thing anyone can ask for and now after 3 months the results are beyond my wildest expectations.

Oh, what a godsend! At 68 with a weight that creeped up to 200lbs, a lung issue that the lung specialist said I will have for the rest of my life and the feeling of being tired and weak, I was looking to lose some weight and to somehow strengthen my body.
Though my coach is Dr Penelope, I have access to all the coaches if ever I have a question. Once I send a question someone of them will respond. The food suggestions replenish my body, the exercises provided for my success is created with eagle-eyed precision, targeting and strengthening specific muscles of the body.
I have completed 16 weeks, lost 25 pounds and the lung issue (which is a huge bonus) is no longer there. Since my lung doctor has no explanation for it, I can only give credit to the Sculpt By Science team. It’s been a while since I’ve moved around with such agility. I am much stronger now and am beginning to see some contours on my body.
With their steady hands on the pulse of this science, I have no doubt that my next 16 weeks will be satisfactory and would be too, for anyone joining this family. I thank this most talented team for working with me and all the other ‘athletes’.

I was introduced to Dr. Mike and his Sculpt By Science program last year, and it was the most amazing investment I had ever made in my life this far!
The wealth of knowledge that my coaches gave me and are continuing to me (Bc I’be continued the program again this year!) is immeasurable!
My Coaches, Coach Max and Dr. Sabati were always there to listen to me and guide me through times that I struggled during the program, and praise me and encourage me when I exceeded goals! Through the program I was able to lose 30lbs in less than a year and in a healthy way!
The group chats and calls are an awesome way to see how others are doing in the program and many people are so encouraging!
Dr. Mike’s level of knowledge, patience and compassion is unmatched! He personally helped me through a really difficult time through his Sculpt By Science program, and I am forever grateful!
I was also fortunate enough to attend his Master Mind Retreat earlier this year, and it is an experience that I still think about often with fondness!

Sculpt by Science is probably one of the Best things I ever spent my money on.
I’m a 21 year old girl working in the Fashion Industry as a Model. In this industry the way you look is really important, Sculpt By Science was the ONLY institute I found that was actually teaching me how to achieve my dream body. Before, I had Fitness coaches, agents, other models, … telling what to do to maintain a healthy physique - none of there advice worked.
It was time to contact the real Professionals.
Just after 16 weeks in the program I learned everything I needed to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I am pretty sure, when I am in my 70s I will still look back and be thankfull that I conntacted professionall help in my 20s ❤️
Since my job is so connected to the way I look it was worth every penny and I would do it again. I wish I would have contacted Dr.Mike and his Team earlier.

Dr.Zino, my Chef-Coach was absolutely brilliant. She always reacted super fast on my messages. I am sure if I would have texted on a Sunday 3am, she would have answered 5min later.😂😂💗

I don’t know about you but to me it’s worth every cent. :)

I had be struggling to lose body fat for a long time, I just couldn't seem figure it out. I was going to the gym and intermittent fasting and still couldn't shred my belly fat. But after joining Sculpt By Science, in a little over 8 weeks, I lost 17lbs. I could start seeing my abs again. I was eating a lot more and the weight was just falling off. Joining Sculpt by Science has honestly been one of the best investments I’ve ever made for my health, physique, and overall life. Dr. Kelsey has been checking in with me daily since the very beginning and has pushed me further than I ever thought possible. At 36 years old, I’m now in the greatest shape of my life- even better than when I was younger. My abs are showing, my body has completely transformed, and I’ve already lost over 20 pounds in just two months.

What separates this program from anything else is how thorough and comprehensive it is. These are MDs guiding you. Even with a stressful, busy career and going through a recent multi-week recovery from a recent surgery, they have guided me seamlessly and kept me on track toward my goal of reaching 9-10% body fat. I’m already almost there and will likely hit it earlier than expected.

I still have a couple more months with Sculpt by Science, and I’m genuinely excited to keep going. If you’re serious about transforming your body and your health, this program delivers and then some.
