These Hello Kitty shoes are ADORABLE! Saraha in Customer Service is amazing! I did not select my correct size when I ordered (forgot to). I contacted them a couple of hours later to let them know of my snafu and Saraha sent a reply email a few hours later. I had a lovely email exchange with her. Problem was corrected quickly. I received my correct size (I would suggest sizing up) of the slippers. They are very comfortable and super cute. I will definitely keep Sculptiss in mind when needing more HK footwear! Would love to see Kuromi represented....hint hint!!!! 10 out of 10 for sure!

So I originally was going buy these from my daughter, but then I realized how cute they are on the picture, so I decided to get 2 pairs I got them and they were very cute, very soft. The only small issue I had is that, for me, they fit a little bit snug, so make sure you size up. But contacting the team, they were very helpful, very nice. And assist me very well. Made the process very easy to be able to exchange it to a bigger size for me. Definitely Recommend this company and their customer service And especially the beautiful hello kitty slippers!!

I loved both pairs of the hello kitty slippers I received !!! The booties and the slippers ! Shipping was fast and the quality was incredible!!! I love them I wear them literally every single day !! They are so spongy and soft to walk in and not mention how cute they are I am beyond happy ! Will definitely order again !!!

I absolutely love my pink hello kitty slippers!! They are sooo comfortable and high quality. Super soft and keep your feet warm for the winter:) they are definitely cute to wear to run errands or just chill at your house. I can’t wait to get them in every color!!

Apart from the slippers that I ordered not being to accurate on the size Sarah was very nice and helped me exchange that out with no problem I felt comfortable asking all the questions I needed answers to and just over all great customer service!!💗

THEYRE SOOO COMFY!!!! i DEFINITELY recommend getting the hello kitty slippers!! although the first pair i got didn’t fit (I recommend sizing up!), they offer free replacements! They also have amazing customer service. 🥹 can’t wait for my other pair to come in! :)
