I’ve purchased both the Daymaker and Traveler T-shirts for myself and two Daymaker tees for my wife. We both love them. The material is great, particularly with the Daymaker…I’m sure to purchase several more soon. They fit well (if you size up), feel soft, stay in shape, and dry quickly after getting sweaty.

The Traveler T-shirt, which is incredibly soft and feels sturdy, developed a hole in the collar after one wear. I emailed the company with a picture and they quickly sent me a replacement, no problem.

Love the sustainable, environmentally-conscious approach their company, and I plan to be a long time customer!

I loved Seadon! I first new them from a Kickstarter campaign with their Helios pant which I loved so I backed them, needless to say Seadon run the smoothest Kickstarter campaigns, they always update and deliver on time.

Such a wonderful first experience made me fall in love with the brand so I've backed every campaign since then and even made several purchases through their site getting always a great product. Their customer support is top notch btw.

M's Helios Trail Shorts 9"

Comfort and Fit:
One of the standout features of the Helios Trail Shorts is their comfort. The fabric is lightweight and breathable, allowing for excellent ventilation during hot and humid conditions. The shorts have a bit of stretch to them, which enhances mobility and makes them suitable for various activities. The waistband is adjustable and secure, providing a customizable fit that stays in place even during rigorous movements. There is also a conveniently built-in slim belt that helps really tighten things in place when needed. The 9" inseam also fit more like an 8-8.5" inseam.

Pockets and Storage:
The shorts feature two front hand pockets (vertical chino style) and two rear pockets that are open with no buttons or zippers.

Versatility:
While primarily designed for outdoor activities and hiking, the Helios Trail Shorts are versatile enough to be worn in various settings. Whether you're going for a hike, camping, or simply running errands around town, these shorts fit the bill and offer both comfort and style.

Room for Improvement:
The only area where I felt the shorts could be improved is the pocketing designs. I would like to have seen one of the back pockets feature a zipper to secure items without worry of falling out. Or maybe even a small zip compartment within one of the front hand pockets for smaller items such as a wallet or keys. Maybe we'll see these features in a version 2.

M's Trailblazer Tee - all around great shirt for any activity. Fits true to size but a little on the fitted slim side; in a good way.

M's Daymaker Tee - Another great all-around shirt for any activity. This one runs a little small so size up on this; has a nice fitted look too.

Overall, the clothing emphasizes quality materials that feels extremely comfortable and has great versatility for being worn to do any activity.

I bought the Trailblazer and Daymaker shirts and both have great fabric and fit for active and casual wear. The Trailblazer is thinner and a bit more breathable and makes for a great running shirt and I plan to use the Daymaker for daily casual wear. Great product! Check them out.

The Gale VS and the Traveler Marino T are amazing for running, great temperature regulation. The Helios trail pant is extremely comfortable and functional. Seadon makes quality gear and I am a convert for sure. Simplicity and function. Highly recommend their products.

I really liked the shirts I ordered. However, they ran very small. The return process was very quick and easy. I’ll return soon to try the products again.

I made a purchase over a year ago. their trousers didn't fit me (the size chart doesn't match usual US sizing). I returned them at my own expense in the hope of getting a replacement for the size I needed. however, these guys just cheated. I didn't expect this to be possible at all.
they referred to covid, but I make dozens of purchases online every month, including from Hong Kong, where their warehouse is located.
they're just liars.

as for the rest of the products of this company, these are just normal things, way overpriced.
there is nothing special in them that you will not find from other manufacturers. at the same time, there is also a problematic size chart.

please note, if the item does not suit you, you can simply be deceived and nothing will be sent in return and the money will not be returned.

I am deceived by seadon. they took my money and the purchased item.

p.s. since I see that Seadon has responded to my complaint. I'll add some details.

the fact that I am not in the USA does not make it possible to deceive buyers, does it?

this story began before the blocking of Russian banks by the United States. as already mentioned, I asked to EXCHANGE the item for the right size, and not to make a refund. Seadon didn't do it.

when I got tired of waiting and they refused to send the goods for replacement, the PayPal refund DIDN'T WORK, for the same reason as international bank transfers - it was blocked and refund was not possible.

for this reason, I offered to transfer money to my business account in an American company (not in Russia, as Seadon says - this is another lie)

and, yes, you have not fulfilled your obligations to the buyer. and even if it's $100, you cheated me out of $100. I have the right to call you scammers.

it is impossible to be a good and honest company if you have deceived at least one client.

I have been using their products close to 2 years now and I have love their products and quality! I have been traveling around the world them and fit and function is amazing! Highly recommend them for your traveling/ adventure clothing!

While I had to return the order because the style wasn’t quite what I needed, the quality was impeccable and customer service was efficient and easy. Excellent company.

I love your tshirt, they are so comfortable. Unfortunatly, customs fee are so expensive to France and i had to cancel.
However, customs service are reactive and i was refund quickly.

Had to return pants that were too tight and customer service assistance was great with a quick refund.

Great experience and quality, unfortunately the jacket was just too small...
I ordered and received an XXL and it was a tight fit with just a t shirt on, I was hoping to use it as the outside part of a lightweight catering system...
If you come out with with larger sizes (XXXXL it looks like!) I will buy again!

Good products, good customer support

Great products and great service. They are definitely a small company and there are growing pains with that but they really try to make you satisfied.

I love my Seadon shirts!!

They are so comfortable and perform very well! I wish I had enough to wear one every single day.

Recently, I had a small issue with one shirt and they provided me amazing customer service. They were able to replace the shirt for me!

I look forward to buying more Seadon shirts over time. Including cool new players new launched via kickstarter.

I ordered a light travel jacket but it turned out that I had no need for it at the time it arrived. Quality was immaculate but still I decided to return the product.

Cutomer service was quick and clear on instructions. I sent the package to HK and had refund. Excellent and polite service.

The products are very nice (I still need to test them on trails and sweaty situations) but what really struck me was the full customer experience (packaging, information and support).
I had a minor issue with one of my items and they were impressively fast to reply and solve the issue.
I'll surely recommend them to anybody.

Horrible customer service. Just awful. The products themselves are amazing, but unfortunately couldn’t keep what I wanted due to mail delivery issues. The customer service has tainted my experience and I no longer want any of their products. They refused to reply to me half the time and then offered no support when they did reply. I will likely be filing a dispute with my credit card as seadon has not issued a full refund for items that I never even received!! Tracking clearly shows the items were never delivered to me and were immediately sent back to sender. There is no way that I could have kept and received an item was never delivered to me, yet they are insisting on charging me. I have sent tracking information and credit card statements to show that an item I did not receive is in fact still being charged to me. And then I don’t receive a response. After I explained that I will file a dispute, I received a response a couple days later saying that they would look into it. They should have looked into it the first time I emailed, not the fifth. THEN for a package I did receive, the items unfortunately did not fit my boyfriend so I needed to return them. I emailed them asking for a label (per their return policy) and received no response. I had chosen these products to be my boyfriend’s bday gift, and instead have only come away with frustration and quite possibly the worst customer experience I have ever received. I reached out to another email address I found for the company, but did not receive a response, again. There is no number to call and cannot find anyone else to help me within the company. I will never recommend this company due to the horrible treatment.
Edited to respond: We both know that I sent you and your staff the tracking info that shows that the items were never received by me and we instead returned to sender. If you didn’t trust my screenshots, a simple search using the tracking number on the USPS website would have shown this. Yes, you did give a partial refund for the item, but did not refund me $9 for shipping even though my order was above the $60 mark. So the refund didn’t even comply with company policy as stated on your website. We both also know that there were multiple issues and repeatedly the customer service team did not respond to me. It wasn’t only that they needed to check the warehouse during those couple days. This spanned weeks. I tried to communicate with your team multiple times and I’ve sent you records of all of that. I did not want to file disputes because that would have cost you more money, but I don’t think that was appreciated and I was just seen as a problem customer. However, the whole ordeal was so stressful and so difficult I think a dispute would’ve been easier for me.

Love the product, so nice to have a comfortable shirt that fits well, doesn’t smell after 1 day and it wool without being hot or itchy. Love the colours too!
