Our company -
a brief history

Allow us to introduce ourselves, we are County Construction Chemicals Ltd.
From humble beginnings, starting out as a mastic contractor in 1971, (known nationally as County Mastics) working in and around London in a specialist trade and then progressing into distribution 10 years later as CCC Ltd. it’s fair to say, now nearly 50 years on, as a company, we’ve evolved and carved a firm slot in the mastic joint sealant and waterproofing material distributor market.

Specialising in all types of mastic joint sealants, with a large stock holding, we’re proud to say that we officially have the largest range of silicone colours in the whole of the UK on sealants online!

As well as our friendly and popular showroom counter in Chingford, North-East London and our online, E-Shop business www.sealantsonline.co.uk, we also have a fully-manned technical sales to become one of the UK’s largest suppliers of high quality building and waterproofing materials, specialising, of course in stocking a gigantic variety of sealants online.

Customer service -
the human way

With a heavy focus on the fastest delivery becoming the number 1 priority for many consumers, customer service has become a secondary consideration.

Here at Sealants Online, we’re still somewhat reluctant to get carried away with the Amazon Prime type of service, (although we do deliver rapidly) prioritising instead in maintaining a connection with our customers directly, offering guidance, advice and assistance, whilst still providing an excellent service with detailed delivery information, something that other companies who sell the same or similar product ranges to us fall short on.

Internet interceptors -
no substance

Many of the ‘middle man’ companies that spring up online these days offer no direct contact details (a certain red flag for ordering materials online) and simply intercept business via paid ads on search engines, lacking any technical knowhow, promising fast deliveries, then send the goods direct from the manufacturer, often undercutting everyone else online, earning unfeasible, low margins with no longevity to their business model and ultimately affecting their overall service and performance.

service & reputation

We’ve been distributing materials from our warehouse in Chingford, North-East London for over 40 years, using trusted, national courier services and/or local delivery services where possible within London and the surrounding counties. This length of service is not something that just happens, but rather is built up on a solid reputation and satisfaction from repeat custom. With this key factors being at the forefront of our business model, it's fair to say that Sealants Online are here to stay!

We do operate a round-the-clock picking, packing and shipping procedure from 6am-5pm each weekday. If your order is placed before 1pm Monday-Friday and we have full stock of everything on your order, then we'll do our utmost to get that order out that same day for next day delivery as standard (Friday deliveries will not be delivered over the weekend.
