I was subscribed without my knowledge and when I call customer service the guy was getting rude . HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I don't remember what case we're referring to as my answers will be totally off as i can't get an answer before answering this survey.
As of this date no reply from the company. Don't even know which order this was about. So not very responsive.

Horrible ya nose cuantas reseñas he escrito después me las hacen borrar para la devolución llevo en esto desde el 3 de marzo . Sacaron de mi cuenta de banco en 4 oportunidades. Un aprox de 150 mil pesos chilenos y me quieren devolver solo 6. Y denuevo dejar esta reseña . Es un fraude no compren aca pésima experiencia. Después otro correo q me pagan de 5 a 10 días hábiles. Llego saquen la cuenta del 3 de marzo a la fecha. Porfavor ya basta
