Communication on refund is appreciated

Multiple unauthorized charges, was charged after I was told membership was cancelled. I was charged 7 times in one week. The terms are not clear and online chat acknowledged website is misleading.

Thank you to Eugene and the escalation team for resolving my issue and being gracious to me and my situation. They took time to explain everything and I am grateful for the positive experience.

I'm giving a 4 star review because they were quick to resolve my issue. I signed up for this unknowingly, I believe it was an add-on to something I was subscribing to. Honestly, after looking through their website, I noticed some items I would purchase if I didn't have it already. I will keep them in mind when I am in search of the items they carry.

I was wrongly charged. I followed an advertisement on Facebook for blind boxes with Barnes & Noble and AFTER my payment information was entered & submitted, I was brought to the Sealbin page showing that I purchased a Gift Card with a subscription & not the blind boxes. Contacted support to get a refund since I was clearly scammed & now in order to get my refund I have to fill a form for review to confirm if my reason for refund is accepted. This is absolutely ridiculous & I will be reporting the company.

After being scammed by this company through an illegitimate survey in charged for amounts, I did not agree upon, customer service reached out to resolve the issue and will refund me for the inconvenience. I appreciate them trying to rectify the issue
