Resolvieron mi problema

I requested my subscription be cancelled since I never actually signed up for it. I was charged a second time AFTER I submitted my cancellation email. I still have not received a refund of $19.15 that I was charged for a subscription I never actually signed up for.

This company was quick to give me a refund on a misunderstanding on both sides.

Well, I was confused as to why I did not get my original order, then the services did leads me to an answer, and has been quite responsive, although at times I could not reach the responses due to my archaic system! Overall they did emphasize pleasing the customer, and I did notice it was handled pretty efficiently. And am grateful for that today. I will inform my associates that happened, as I do tell them when something goes awry. Peace, rb

Muy mal servicio, muchas veces tengo que pedir lo mismo y las respuestas son siempre evasivas. Y me vuelven a descontar, y tengo que volver a molestarme en solicitar la baja del servicio

Hola hice una compra y me descontaron mas dinero del que decía en la promoción y ni siquiera me enviaron los productos una falta de respeto
