Sealeys Walker Jarvis レビュー

At the end of 2021 we decided sell a property in Longfield that we had been renting. We chose Sealey Walker Jarvis to market the property because they had been managing the property for the past 18 years and we had always been very happy with their service.
The sale went like a dream. It went on the market in April. By the end of the month there were five credible offers. The sale was completed in July. Through this time Debbie and her colleagues in sales kept us in touch with what was happening, and pursued the solicitors to minimise any delays and even read the meters.
They also sorted out any problems. I'll give one example. During the sale there was a partial blockage of the drains, which prevented the buyers' surveyor from determining the run of the drains. Debbie magicked up drainman, who quickly cleared the blockage and put a camera down the drains to determine which way they ran. And all for the cost of a couple of hours' labour.
It has been one of the features of Sealey's service: they have always been able to recommend local traders who do good quality work at a reasonable cost. My experience with Sealeys was really great: so I'd like to give them six stars.

Great customer service. The whole system run smoothly and Holy and the rest of the team at Sealeys where always happy to help.

Couldn’t ask for a better service..

Many thanks

Sealeys dealt with the house we were purchasing and were very helpful throughout
Debbie Bannister kept in contact with me throughout and very professional and approachable. I would recommend Sealeys

What a great company, so friendly and very efficient. I must mention Elliott Rogers who was the lovely guy who showed me the rental property that we were interested in, he was so professional and helpful, kept me in the loop all the way, then thankfully we managed to secure the property. Just a great service, Thank you Elliott.

Rented a property from Walker Jarvis on Windmill Street in Gravesend back in 2006. For thirteen and a half years that I have been with them, they (Warren Jaggs & Sean Cahill) have been absolutely brilliant. They are very understanding, professional in the service they provide and very efficient.

A friend from the real estate industry recommended Sealey's to me when I was moving out of the area and needed to rent my flat. The Lettings Department were extremely helpful and professional and kept me up to date at all times on viewings, paperwork and they found a suitable tenant for the flat really quickly which was a bonus. I decided to let them take full control of the rental because I lived a few hours away so it wasn't easy for me to sort issues out. This was very reasonably priced and well worth it. When the tenant gave notice after two years I decided to sell my property. Of course they seemed the natural choice as they knew the property, knew me by that time and I was very happy with the service I'd received so far. Again, on the sales side they were very professional and friendly - you get the impression they do not have a high turnover of staff which is always good because it basically means that everyone knows their jobs inside out and therefore the business flows much better.
It was also nice NOT to have a typical 'salesman' on the phone giving you all the usual banter you've heard a million times before (bonus point for this). Sealey's did not disappoint and my property sold very quickly, within two days!!! It was all very professional, I was updated every step of the way, I had a good rapport with Adam in the Sales team as well as Debbie who quickly stepped in when Adam was on leave and I needed some information urgently. Everyone I have dealt with there have been fantastic to be fair and I'd definitely recommend them for both rentals and sales. Thank you so much Sealey's, great work!

The team are so so helpful in every way. Their replies are extremely fast and they’re always available for advice. My moving in was very smooth because of their hard work and effort into providing me with everything I need.

Brilliant service from Adam, Debbie and the team, even when times were tough! Love my new home :)

Friendly and helpful service. I would be happy to use again

When we decided to take the plunge and open a unit in Gravesend Borough Market, Chris Darbon acted as the intermediary between us and the Local Authority and did so with style. Then we encountered Natasha Thynne who was an absolute joy as we were navigating through the "paperwork" Thank you both again and again

Sealey’s really helped me when I needed a home the most. They were so dedicated and determined in finding me and my new born baby our little haven but most of all they were caring, thoughtful & kind in every way. The whole team went above & beyond, exceeded all my expectations! I could not thank you all enough. Every single one of you have been amazing but the biggest thank you has to go to Elliot and Olivia, without you two my home wouldn’t be my home. I am forever grateful to you both and everyone at Sealey’s. Thank you so much!

We bought a house through Sealeys and had such a good experience with Debbie and the team that we ended up selling another house through the company, along with letting out another property through the lettings department.

All in all a very good service and we will definitely use Sealeys again, thanks!

Our experience with sealeys was nothing but top class.
Couldn’t do enough for us and very accommodating in every aspect of your purchasing journey.
Adam and Debbie who I dealt with were superb the whole way through!
I will use them for all my property ventures and share their details with all my friend and famiy.

Both Elliot and Olivia are extremely professional and it was a pleasure to enter into a rental agreement with Sealey Walker Jarvis.

We were very impressed by Adam Munson when he came to give a market appraisal of our home. He answered our questions fully and honestly. Our grateful thanks to him and Sealeys.

All the team at Sealeys were great, Elliott and Olivia were fantastic, they helped my family and I out of a very tricky situation. The property we rent now is beautiful, they really pulled out all the stops.
Highly recommended

Hi there,

So far so good. We rent a property in Rochester and everything has been very professional and effective. They are also very good at being in contact with tenants
Great Job

Fantastic. After being told I had to move by my previous landlord I was dreading going through the process all over again. I was lucky to find a decent property quickly and even luckier that it was being let through Sealeys. They (Holly) made it a simple stress free process. I am very happy with the service I received and give them a well deserved 5stars
