Contacted this company in December of 2024 about custom sports bras, Cody was my contact person throughout the process. They knew what we wanted and failed to deliver upon request. They went from constantly contacting me like a bill collector, charged me $200 for a mockup design and $400 for a sample mockup. Once they received the money for a sample it seem to take over a month and no updates until we had to reach out to them for an update. When I finally received the mockup sample it looked nothing like what I wanted, thin fabric and the cut up design and straps were horrible it looked like they sent the design to China and paid them a little to nothing and once they got it back from China mailed me the bra. Once the bra arrived it was in a handwritten shipment (unprofessional) and a terrible seam apparel bag that looked like it was balled up and they just threw the ugly bra in there. Once I told them the bra is nothing how I wanted and it looked like a cheap bra from China they just put my logo on I was asked for another $400 for a new mockup sample, I fired them immediately. Why do I need to pay you for a crappy job just for them to send another crappy job, this business is scamming people and need to be looked into. Do not waste your time or money please research and find a better company if you want quality.

We take strong exception to the claims made in this review, as they present a misleading and inaccurate picture of how this project was handled.
To clarify, we never force any client to pay for a 3D mockup or design. In this case, the client voluntarily paid for a custom design package, which included several rounds of detailed revisions. In fact, we provided 8 to 10 design revisions, all based on her feedback. We have documented emails and call logs clearly showing she was fully satisfied with the design before we moved forward with sample production.
The sample was then made from scratch according to her specific fabric choices and design recommendations. Our production process followed her instructions closely, and once the sample was completed, it was shipped out promptly.
After receiving the sample, she returned with entirely new changes and design requests. At that point, a new sample would be required â as is standard in any custom manufacturing process â which involves new materials, labor, and costs. Expecting a completely revised product without paying for a new order is not a reasonable request.
We maintain all documentation, including photographs of the finished sample, emails, and call transcripts, which clearly reflect our transparency and effort throughout this process.
We understand not every project will meet expectations on the first attempt, but accusing our business of âscammingâ is completely untrue and damaging. We stand firmly by the integrity of our work, our communication, and our teamâs commitment to delivering quality service and results.
