Seamosses tastes great but I never get to taste the black seed oil which I ordered in the family bundle cause it was never packed in the box.

Great products and quality. Used them for 3/4 years now

I have ordered from them before but this time my order hasn’t been dispatched/received by Royal Mail and no one responds to emails or Instagram DMs in order to rectify it

No issue with the product. But waiting over a month for a few bars of soap with no correspondence is abysmal. I emailed after a month to cancel my order and get a refund but didn't receive a reply, just my order a week after my email was sent
I have been purchasing and promoting Seamoss.co.uk for atleast a 2 years, I won't be anymore.

Order took weeks to arrive . I sent several emails chasing my order .

I would like to start by saying that I have generally been a happy and satisfied customer of yours. However, I’m writing to express my disappointment with my most recent purchase made on the 25th of June. As of today, the 22nd of July, I have still not received my order.

I had to follow up myself to find out what was happening, and only then was I informed that there was a delay due to the sea moss capsules being out of stock. While I appreciated the apology once I chased the matter, I was quite surprised that no form of compensation or goodwill gesture was offered, especially given the length of the delay and lack of proactive communication.

This experience has left me reconsidering whether I should continue using your company or look elsewhere in the future. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively, as I would like to remain a loyal customer, but this situation has certainly made me hesitant.

Haven't received the sea moss yet ? Ordered it weeks ago..Not a very good service

Really poor customer service, don't care how nice the products are won't be purchasing from here again!

The delivery is never on time takes ages for stuff to come always a week later than estimated.

It’s been 10 days since i’ve ordered 2 jars of sea moss and didn’t arrived. That’s very poor customer service.
Really after more than 2 years ordering i can see that your services have dropped massively.

I've been ordering from seamoss.co.uk for a couple of years now without issue, until recently.

Since March, I have been unable to login to my account due to a technical issue with their website. I have raised the problem their support team who, after several days, replied saying that they were not aware of it and to trying 'clearing my cache' to see if that resolves it. After informing them that I already tried that, and that I also tried several different browsers with the same result, I have now been waiting 4 days for a response with no way to access my account.

I have now lost faith in this company and will be cancelling my subscription, as soon as I get access to my account!

I have been chasing sea moss uk as my parcel is missing sent 4 emails and still no update its made me very sad cause its been great in the past but now I'm £36 lost without my sea moss>
If they are able to sort this i will re write my review

Products never came to me and they are ordered on October 2024.

Efficient and fast delivery but sea moss isn’t set it’s too watery for me.

I placed my order on 19th feb and I’m still waiting for it. I sent an email and I’ve had no response. My delivery was supposed to arrive between 25th - 27th feb.
