I applied for a job vacancy and Kirsty Brooke called me back to discuss the role and my suitability. I can honestly say she is one of the most helpful people I have had the pleasure to speak to. She explained the role in full, made me aware of what to expect in the interview and put my mind at rest with any queries I had around this particular job. My consultant at Search recruitment in Crawley was Barry Chapman.
I worked for the agency for six months. From start to finish, Barry promptly responded to messages, was always there to support me if I had any issues, he kept in regular touch to enquire if everything was going OK. He even filled in my time sheet on a couple of occasions when I had issues with the system. Eventfully I was offered a position by the company I worked for, Barry made sure that the transition was done accordingly and in timely manner.
Barry is an asset to the Search Consultancy, I wish him all the best.

Dreadful Experience, Don’t Consider !!!
I had Paige Williams as a agent, her correspondence was dreadful, wrong name, and even put me and potential employer in wrong interview time slots.
I should of stirred away and trusted my instincts when she got my name wrong …..

Finally got in contact with a consultant after days of trying.
Feel a little bit irked by my experience though.
After a brief interrogation about my disability (which I now realise was wholly inappropriate) I was informed the role I applied for was no longer hiring (she could have told me that before subjecting me to a phone call at 8:30am), however it definitely is still hiring because the agent was still actively advertising it hours after our conversation.
Make of that what you will, however that seems a little too convenient to be a coincidence.

Overall outstanding never Missed a payment always checking up on you to make sure your okay and now helped through temp to perm!

At search I applied to several positions and received a response from Jody Vickers. Great support and guidance through the application process and once I was employed there she would regularly get in touch to make sure I wasn't having any issues or had any concerns great experience encountered no issues or worries at all.

When I joined Search, my consultant was Jody Vickers. I just joined and sent my CV over as I was made redundant at my old work so I was looking for another job pretty quickly and I was so surprised when I got a call from Jody within days. Jody found me somewhere to temp for 3 months and during the it, she was amazing and super supportive. She checked on me all the time and made sure everything was ok - not just to do with work but personally too. Payments were made on time and if there were any issues, I was able to let Jody know and she'd sort it out straight away so a payment wasn't missed. if it wasn't for Jody and Search, I wouldn't have found myself working permanently with the company I started with :)
