Hi Patty,
We want to clarify that this experience is not in relation to Searchability or any of our consultants. Yesterday, we were made aware of a scam where individuals were posing as Searchability consultants using fake WhatsApp accounts (many from international numbers, and most using the name of "Anne" who is not someone we employ).
Please rest assured that Searchability has NOT purchased or used any external data, and no messages have been sent by us outside of legitimate business channels. We take data protection and GDPR compliance extremely seriously and are actively reporting this fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.
If you’d like, please forward any details or screenshots of the messages you received to info@searchability.com, so we can continue to investigate and help prevent this happening to others.
In the meantime we have to flag this review to Trustpilot as it is in relation to an experience that was not with ourselves, and therefore not a fair reflection of our services. We're sorry that this happened and want to reassure you and others that we are working hard to report this to Action Fraud to protect individuals along with our reputation.

They got me a job!🎉My contact at searchability was always available to call and update me on progress, very speedy and relaying info.
There was just one point where we had a misunderstanding about my interest in the role and so another candidate was progressed instead, but we sorted it out and I got the job 👍

I received incredible support from Oliver through first contact and assessing the availability and suitability for the available role to scheduling an interview and eventually being offered the job. Very open and direct communication was key.

Great experience with both Dan & Beth.
I'd previously connected with Dan Massey through an unsuccessful role, however we stayed in touch and when I applied for another role through Searchability, he and Beth Allen were great help.
I usually try and avoid recruiters, however from start to finish, both Dan and Beth were constantly keeping me updated, being completely transparent and answering any questions I had.
Would recommend both Dan & Beth and Searchability as a whole.

Outstanding recruiter, so easy to talk to
I couldn't recommend Dan Massey enough. From start to finish, he was there every step of the way, always keeping me updated, checking in and making sure I had all my questions answered immediately (even on weekends!). Dan was amazingly supportive, transparent and casual, consistently wishing the best at each stage. It's very clear he goes above and beyond, and I'm truly grateful for all his help

Most responsive and supportive recruitment process to date
I have nothing but positive things to say about Shannon and the Searchability team. Dan truly is the Man
My time working with Dan Massey has been nothing short of brilliant and supportive. Dan was able to talk me through each stage of the process and secure the salary I wanted for the right role. Couldn’t praise him enough! On top of “just doing his job” he was available to answer stupid questions late into the evening and settle nerves before key interviews.
