When my GBP was suspended for 'Deceptive Content' I tried appealing this myself (there was nothing whatsover deceptive about its content)- fail. No way to contact a human being at Google, and of course, no way to find out what triggered the suspension (not that I could correct it now anyway). Thanks Google!
Anyway, Dorian did a great job of battling the bots and getting me reinstated. Guided me through the process with patience and perseverance. Excellent communication too.

Fast, efficent, and they know what they are doing. My GBP was suspended for some vague reason with a link attatched to about 100 different things it could potentially be. After hours of research i resubmitted an appeal only for it to be denied again and banned from making anymore reappeals. Thats when i contacted search scope which is what i shouldve done from the start, he identified the issue with my gbp within minutes, did a manual reinstatement for me, and we were back up and running in a matter of a few days. We should have just went direct to him from the start as it would have made the whole process much quicker. If i could give 10 stars i would.
