I have been using Sears Property Services for over 15 years, and I have found Steven to be very professional with great attention to detail. I know that when I use his services, the Report will be a true reflection of the condition of the property (even my tenants mention this to me). When I require an Inventory Check-In, I always call him to arrange, and so many times he has carried out Inventories at very short notice. He has also obliged me, by attending properties that are outside his usual coverage area. Calling Steven to book a service, is like calling a friend, where we catch up from when we last spoke. I wouldn't think about calling anybody else, and I highly recommend him without any reservations at all. I look forward to many more years of his service. Thank you Steven.

Steven was extremely professional and meticulous throughout his inventory check. The level of detail he went into is second to none. My partner & I weren’t available for the initial inventory, but he met us at the property with our keys, helped us move some of our things in, and still went over everything once more, outlining his key concerns and offering advice on the necessary steps to take for our first home together.
