New Season レビュー 

I rarely give poor review, especially to New Season. I always purchase my bedding from this company.
I received horrible customer service this summer. I ordered a duvet cover set, paid and apparently shipped only to find out a month later that they had sold out of that product, received a refund.
I purchased the same duvet cover set from Walmart.ca not realizing it was coming directly from New Season, again paid, shipped, and once I received it about 2 or 3 weeks later it was a completely different print than I ordered, we are talking blue striping to pink unicorns.
During the waiting for the walmart order, I ordered a set of king sheets also, I revceived this order about a month later, but it was not my order and I was asked to ship it to the correct customer in Oakville....I did not do that, I shipped it back to New Season and waited another 2 weeks to receive my order. All the while I am still waiting for a refund for the duvet set that I sent back and they received. That was over one month ago, Walmart and New Season have not replied to my last three emails and seem to be ignoring my outreach, the last email I received from New Season was quite rude and he lacked any knowledge in service.

I am so shocked at this lack of customer service, sadly I will never shop here again.

very poor fabric, holes in it after washing it once. Now I need to pay to send it back all the way to Spain, otherwise they don't want to help me? Never ordering here again

there bamboo is Excellent for cooling, providing a "silky" sensation that suits those who overheat at night

Been a long time customer of New Season for quite some time, and they have never disappointed. They truly understand comfort and quality in a way that’s hard to find. I absolutely love their bedding collection, especially their duvet, which feels incredibly soft and well made.

Every product I have purchased has held up great over time, which really speaks to their quality and attention to detail! Their flannel sheets are a personal favorite. They are unbelievably soft and cozy and honestly feels like sleeping on a comfortable cloud hahah

I highly recommend their bamboo and linen sheets! They are the only company that has a combination of that fabric and its the only way i found my linen sheets to be wrinkle free. I wish they shipped more into the states as i always pick some up whenever i visit toronto

Product arrived on time and quality is great

My original order came with one duvet cover that had a hole in it. I reached out to customer service via email and phone, and did not get a response for 3.5 weeks(!). However, they eventually did get back to me, and sent out a replacement immediately. The replacement one was in perfect condition.

I ordered “500 thread count organic cotton sheets” from New Season. They are definitely not what was advertised altho they did arrive quickly. They are so thin I can see my hand through them and they feel scratchy. 500 thread count should mean a thick sheet (thread count measures the density of threads per square inch). They are not replying to my emails requesting a return at all.

I have ordered from SeasonTex several times … many years ago. They have the most beautiful bamboo duvet cover sets. (Exceptional fabric for sensitive skin.)
Recently I ordered two new white king bamboo duvet covers. One order arrived quickly and seamlessly but with the second order there was a mix up and I received the wrong item.
I emailed the company and they responded within 48 hours. SeasonTex shipped out correct item immediately and I was so impressed with their customer service that I wanted to write this review. Good customer service is everything to me.
Many thanks to SeasonTex and I will continue to purchase bamboo products for myself and also for gifts. 🇨🇦❤️

I only received 2 of three sheet sets that I ordered. Customer service got back to me & is now preparing to send me the third sheet set!! I am very happy & the sheets that I have received are very nice!! Soft, comfortable, great colours, & good quality!!!!

Don't use this company!! We never received our Sheets, but they charged our Visa. I followed through, many unanswered emails and voicemail. I called one last time when a guy answered, he didn't mention name of Company. I asked him if I had New Season he reluctantly said yes. I told him about not receiving the sheets, he out me in hold and then a female came on..The female said she would refund the order. I told her if she didn't call me back to confirm I would contact the BBB! It's been six days and still no sheets delivered. Total scammers! We ordered sheets from a reputable company. *** Avoid this place!!!

I found the most beautiful bedding and ordered it. Quickly after i ordered it said the item shipped and gave me a tracking number. I have been checking the tracking number for over a week and a half and the Canada post website says we have no item associated with that tracking number. I’ve emailed the company twice with no response. I am super frustrated. Hoping this was not a scam and the company can pull their crap together and respond and deliver the product that i paid for. Terrible terrible experience.

Very well made, for a great price! Comes in nice bag but careful pulling it out as the bag rips easy.
