I purchased tickets for the AC Milan vs Udinese match and had a great experience with Seatsza.

At first, I was a bit unsure as it was my first time using the platform, but the customer support was very responsive and helpful, answering all my questions quickly.

The tickets were delivered during the week of the event as expected, and everything worked perfectly at the stadium with no issues at all.

Overall, a reliable service with good communication. I would definitely use Seatsza again for future matches.

We bought tickets for Milan vs Verona yesterday. We were skeptical, but in the end we bought it because the price was lower than other sites. Fantastic experience and perfect assistance from polite and helpful people. We will buy again.

E' stata eccezionale.

I booked in advance two tickets paying 188 euro and then I discover that one week later all the tickets would be sold at only 10 euro for adults and 5 for children, I write to ask for a partially cash back due to the special offer but they denied due to the not refund policy. I asked at least to have an upgrade instead they go ahead buying tickets in the same place and in the worst place, the first row with the mirror in front where the visibility is really limitated.
Never and never again.

Ho utilizzato Seatsza per la prima volta. Ho acquistato i biglietti per un evento sportivo e con molta facilità ho perfezionato l’acquisto. I biglietti mi sono arrivati una decina di giorni prima dell’evento. Essendo la prima volta ho scritto e chattato più volte e ho sempre parlato con operatori educati e sempre disponibili. Lo consiglio vivamente.
