Quello che mi ha colpito di più, oltre al bellissimo anello realizzato su misura, è stato l’intero processo d’acquisto. Fin dal momento dell’ordine ho ricevuto aggiornamenti costanti sulle fasi di lavorazione dell’anello e la spedizione è stata sorprendentemente rapida. Anche il servizio clienti si è dimostrato veloce, disponibile e altamente competente. Sono davvero felice di poter sostenere piccoli artigiani italiani che offrono prodotti di grande qualità. Non a caso, sto già pensando di acquistare un altro anello e una collana 🙂

Service with shipping
One of the things I ordered was stolen by someone during the shipping process, I filed everthing to the postal service and sebamakes. The postal service didnt help at all sebamakes on the other hand gave me all their time and care to help me resolve the issue as quickly and caringly as possible.
