This company is absolutely horrific. Saw the horrible reviews and tried to cancel my order but they refused and lied about already shipping it despite not shipping, then UPDATED the shipping status. They’re fraudulent dropshippers who ship from China and claim to be Dutch. I feel so stupid for falling for it but I won’t let them get away with this. They also post fraudulent reviews to their website and claim to give refunds for writing reviews, so they create fraudulent reviews with incentive and probably also just generate them. I’m in disbelief, this is wild

Terrible quality and sizing!! Temu had better quality. All the tags were cut out?? Why? I sent an email for a return but no answer. Will dispute with my credit card if they don’t respond.
Update: have been contacted by CS who is now asking for pictures of the product and demanding that I return all via courier to China!! Or.. not to return and get 35% money back.. UNBELIEVABLE.. I have contacted a lawyer in the meantime.

Do NOT buy from this company. It’s a complete scam. The products are cheap, low-quality junk shipped straight from China, nothing like what they advertise. On top of that, the delivery took 45 days to arrive. Absolutely unacceptable. Total waste of money and time. Avoid this company at all costs.

Overpriced, poor quality product.
Shipping took two weeks from china.
Product was listed as "leather" now changed to vegan leather in description. Poorly made. Overpriced. The edges of the harness I bought were raw edges so they felt rough and hurt the skin. I also don't know what proportions you think the human body are even adjustable parts don't fit.
Avoid and save money. Drop shipping for premium.

Terrible customer service! AVOID!
Terrible customer service!! The items I received were alright, not bad quality, but I’m no expert on women’s laundry. However, I would strongly recommend people to spend their money elsewhere and AVOID! this company. I bought three nightwear items for my wife, but she did not like them and also did not try anything on. I requested a refund and followed the returns instructions outlined in their policy. They responded with an offer for a 20% refund on my items. They claimed that the seal on the packaging had been broken, therefore the items were not eligible for a refund. But as a goodwill gesture, they were willing to offer me a 20% refund. The items were delivered in an open and closed zip tie mechanism, so this accusation was incorrect, but they still insisted that the seals were broken even though I sent them pictures. They then offered me a 50% refund and I was able to keep the items. I stood my ground and demanded a full refund. I raised my issue with my bank which was very helpful and was able to claim my money back from Secret CoCo and I eventually won the dispute. It’s clear to see that they have a reputation for this kind of behaviour.

Moest een leuk pakje zijn
Moest een leuk pakje zijn, blijkt het goedkoop aan te voelen, stinkt en het retouren is een drama. Wanneer er contact gewenst is krijg je dit niet en alles ziet er gewoon enorm amateuristisch uit.

Awful quality, awful customer service, AWFUL
Awful. All items were faulty, not correctly sized, and very bad quality (think Temu quality but expensive prices). Delivery took around three weeks. I’ve emailed and emailed and no reply from customer services. I saw a review that mentioned a quick google search would’ve prevented this. Totally agree. What a terrible company, and massive scam.
Edit:
Secret coco have replied. They have asked me to email them or to fill in the form on their website.
I already did this, on the 12th January! Will forward the original email again.

droppshipped Shein lingerie from China
The lingerie is the same stuff you find for $2 on Shein or Fashion Nova. They have better stuff on Amazon. They drop ship it from China. They headquarter the company in the EU (Netherlands) and then tell you all this ridiculous mumbo jumbo rules about returns. Luckily, we didn't try it or open anything. Sent them pictures.
They immediately started haggling with me on a return. They offered 15% off to keep the lingerie. Then 20%. Then 35%. I stood firm requesting 75%. Finally they sent a return form to a Chinese factory. You pay shipping back to China governed by the laws of the Netherlands for $4 in lingerie.
Eventually I asked them for a 50% credit to cut my losses and they let me keep the lingerie.

This is by far the worse customer service experience I have had with any online experience ever!!! Do not bother buying from this website. First off I ordered some lingerie from here before Christmas and the order never reached me as it was lost in transit. When I tried to get in contact with said seller which by the way only means of contact is via email because the place is based in China so they obviously don’t want to deal with all the bad service they give any other way, I would sporadically get a response apologising like they were really willing to help you. In fairness the replacement was received but by the time I did I no longer required them. So I sent them straight back which was mid December and even up until now I have not been issued a refund on said items that were sent back. Like I said bad experience and even worse customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Better off paying a bit more and get from somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. My order took weeks to arrive, and when it finally did, the “leather” item was cheap, poor quality, and not even leather as advertised. I requested a refund and was repeatedly given excuses, delays, and contradictory information. They even promised a full refund without return, then later asked for tracking for a return I was never required to make. After weeks of chasing them with no refund ever appearing, I had to lodge a dispute with my bank. Completely unprofessional and misleading — I won’t be purchasing from this company again.

Cheap stuff sold expensively
I found the items I purchased do a tiny fraction of the price on SHEIN. I had to pay to return the items to China for a refund. This was in June 2025. I have just had this back showing unclaimed. I have not received my refund. I highly recommend that you don’t use this company.

De kwaliteit is slecht en alles valt heel klein. Terugsturen gaat moeilijk. Het gaat terug naar China en dan draai je zelf op voor de retourkosten.
