I've recently purchased Gandalf's staff from the Hobbit from Secret Compass and all I can say is that Shane has the tenacity to see orders through despite being assaulted by overwhelmingly bad luck. I live in the UK and the package was sent overseas via DHL which carried considerable a shipping cost. DHL failed to contact me about a customs charge despite having the correct contact information and they sent the staff back to Secret Compass after a holding it for a week, charging SC for the return, on top. Shane from SC resent the staff despite suffering a major financial loss. Whatever it is you're thinking of buying from Secret Compass, rest assured that they will go out of their way to fulfill your order! Being nice to your customers is one thing, but my experience proves that SC will have your back should anything go wrong and they will see things through to the end with you. If you're smart then you don't judge people based on the grandeur of their deeds but by the adversities they overcome, and Shane from Sectet Compass is a great example of what real customer care looks like! Highly recommend!

Always a great experience buying from Secret Compass. They have top notch customer service. While other places will just offer you a partial refund if you received a damaged product, Secret Compass stand by their product and service. They will work with the Manufacturer and get the Statue or figure replaced.

That happened in my case. I received a damaged Bust. They asked for pictures, then worked with me on sending a replacement.

I bought the Hot Toys General Grievous from Secret Compass, and since it was my first time preordering a figure from anywhere other than Sideshow, I had a ton of questions. Buying online can be frustrating sometimes and it can feel like you’re dealing with an impersonal corporate machine. That’s definitely NOT the case with Secret Compass. I have been dealing with Secret Compass for many years and Shane is awesome!! He has been very accommodating when it comes to the statues I have purchased from him. He has worked with me when issues arose or when I wasn't always able to pay upfront. Even during the government shutdown, he was very understanding and held my figures for me until I was able to get back to working again, because he is very understanding. You don't find that kind of compassion and empathy in a lot of folks nowadays. I will continue to do business with him because he is wonderful to work with!!
