Very clean, Private facility

If you ask me Jaythebody is the best trainer in the country... I just started training with Jay and already feel the difference in my body and Clothes

I had many trainers in my day but none like Jaythebody !!! He makes you work hard but if you follow his directions and meal plan you will get your body snatched in no time.

I had a friend recommend JAYTHEBODY to me and this was the best decision ever... I am not much of a talker so check him out yourself

My issue has always been finding a trainer that provides a simple but doable meal plan and I finally found Jay.... most trainers want to charge crazy rates or keep the secrets to their self but Jay will teach you everything you need to know about nutrition💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
