I wanted a stylish ring that could double as a crochet ring so ordered the snake ring. I'm always wary of buying rings online as have had some bad experiences but can't fault the customer service/... もっず芋る

Secret Halo からの回答

We are so sorry to hear the item wasn't as you'd expected. Some customers have liked the unusual effect of the matte gold plating, but we appreciate this is not to everyone's taste. You're more than welcome to return the item for a refund under our returns policy. We always try to include as much detail as possible in the product's description.
