I had been searching for the right sauna heater for months and getting a bit lost with all the models. Imy helped narrow down the options and explained the differences between HUUM and Harvia models. We decided on the HUUM DROP, and it was the best decision! It heats up fast, the design is stunning, and it’s perfect for our home sauna. While the delivery took a little longer than expected, the team kept me updated throughout. Fantastic service and great product quality

Love our family sauna, but one thing I wish Jasper had mentioned before we ordered it was the fact there's no changing room. It's not something we thought about before ordering but for both my wife and the kids, walking out to the sauna in just their swimwear on a cold evening is not a great experience. We'd probably use it a lot more if we'd been able to get one with a changing room.

Unfortunately once the saunas been built the company doesn't accept returns so we have to make do with this.

This is our second sauna and a major upgrade from our last one. It feels premium, heats evenly, and the bench height is perfect. That said, the assembly was more challenging than expected – not quite a DIY project for everyone. I’d recommend getting help unless you’re very handy.

Great sauna, love the height. Only downside is the door got stuck after a few weeks and I had to shave down the wood on the inside to get it to close smoothly again

Solid sauna with tons of space. It did take nearly 4 weeks from order to delivery, which was a bit longer than expected, but it arrived on a pallet, very thoroughly packaged and the communication was excellent throughout. Imy even followed up after delivery to make sure everything was okay

Absolutely love the cube sauna. The design is stunning and it fits perfectly in our garden. Assembly took a full weekend with two people – some parts were a bit fiddly – but the instructions were clear and manageable. Worth the effort! Jasper was really helpful answering our questions about wiring before we got started.

We were after a sauna that wasn't to challenging to assemble and this cube model was recommended. I was really impressed at how quickly it went together, some of the sections are already preassembled so it's a like a slightly more advanced piece of IKEA furniture. We haven't wired the heater in yet but so far it looks great!

Really grateful to support a small business like this. Called up and spoke with Imy on the phone and she spent almost an hour talking me through all the heaters. I bought a Saunum Air10 and it’s been great. The air circulation makes it very easy to breathe inside and keeps the temperature consistent from the floor to the ceiling.

We love the sauna...it’s definitely one of the best investments we’ve made and it’s been an absolute dream come true to be able to have a sauna in our backyard. BUT the instructions were really hard to follow. If it wasn’t for my husband being a DIY genius we would have really struggled to get this built.

Jasper was super helpful on the phone though and they did send us a free bucket and ladle for the trouble we had. But I’d hire a contractor to put it together.

Shipped quickly but still took about 2 weeks to deliver to Washington. The sauna stone seems good quality, only used it once but the stones look awesome and it makes a lot of steam.

Ordered the Finnmark FD2 as I really wanted an IR sauna that could reach higher temperatures. The company called me up to say this was actually out of stock and on backorder so I had the choice of waiting 6 weeks or them giving me a refund.

Glad I waited, great sauna and it definitely gets way hotter than other IR saunas I’ve tried.

Legit company. Sauna heater was delivered in good condition, have not hooked up and tested yet.

Always received quick responses from Jasper. He went above and beyond to keep us in the loop with delivery and to make sure the carrier was in contact with us. The S4 tub is beautiful and we are looking forward to using it this winter.
