Got a door some years ago, then few weeks ago we wanted to make our conservatory into a solid roof. Sales appeared for quote and immediately said he would get the door fixed as stained and letter box and handle needed replacing, this was before any sign of what we wanted or were going to get the business! Invited to show room to finalise what we required and on cost. Agreed in principle but we needed to speak to rest of family. Went away and were called few times and emailed pushing for sale , but had not had comparable quote. Asked about the door and was always fobbed off with its getting ordered etc. sent multiple text while I was away speaking to family and not one person was decent enough to reply. In end after getting some bad feedback not a call back, we decided to go elsewhere, advised Securahome but still no response. Glad we didn’t go ahead on a very expensive project with them if this is the sort of very poor customer service!!!

New solid roof fitted to replace a glass conservatory roof. Fantastic service from Secureahome. Work was started and finished on time, despite some unfavourable weather conditions.

Anthony and Geraint were excellent and carried out their work to a high standard.The same can be said for both the plasterer and electrician.We were very impressed by the way they left the work place after they finished, spotless.I would highly recommend Securahome a top job well done.

From first fix to the finished plastering, to the fitting of electrics. All done to a very satisfactory standard. Recommend.

The team who came and fitted our new front and back doors were very friendly and professional ,they did a great job.Both my wife and I are very pleased with the doors and the overall experience. The surveyor Gary was an expert and extremely helpful, I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

The boys were very friendly and very quick tidy cleaning up each day. The finished job was spectacular, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We found the whole experience from receiving a quote, drawing up plans and putting them through planning, the building teams work and finishing to be excellent. We would not hesitate use them again or recommend them to anyone.

We have used Anthony, Martin and their team on four different window and door replacement projects over the last few years.
On each occasion the project has been well planned, completed to the agreed timescales and the work has been carried out to a very high quality with minimum disruption within the house.

From the moment Richard came to quote, to his follow up meeting and then the team arriving to complete the work, led by Martin and James, I had every confidence I was in great hands.
Great communication, tidied up after every day and let me know exactly what was happening and when.
They kept to timescales despite the weather being a challenge for them, and actually worked a weekend on the lead up to Christmas to keep to timelines.

I bought a house with a 20 year old leaking conservatory.
They have replaced with effectively a garden room, fully insulted, tiled roof with all new windows, doors and sills as well as newly plastered walls.
An investment and competitively priced too.

Securahome recently replaced our leaky glass conservatory roof with the supalite roof system.

We dealt with Richard who was great in coming out to quote us, show us a sample of the system and how it works with no pressure sales tactics. They were competitively priced and able to begin work with 3-4 weeks.

Work from start to finish took around 8 days to complete which included dismantling of the old roof, installation of the new roof, tiling, electrics, plastering and a replacement pane of glass on a french door that had blown. We chose the slate effect tiles which take longer to fit, but are in keeping with our home. All of the workmen were polite, respectful and worked really hard to complete the job.

We are thrilled with our new roof and the way it has transformed our conservatory into a proper usable all year round room and can already feel the difference in temperature the new roof has made. We would highly recommend Securahome!

Good communication with fitters on the day. Work done efficiently and well. Cleaned up afterwards and took old windows and doors and packing material away.

I have recently had 7 windows and a composite door installed by Securahome. The change of colour to anthracite grey sets the house off, but more importantly, the quality of the fitting now makes my home draught-free and cosy.
Best home improvement expenditure I have made. Very pleased, would totally recommend 👍

I really don’t know what to do about my issues with this company. My husband trusted securahome implicitly. We had a conservatory then a new roof and bifolds and now sash windows. In May my husband died leaving me to secure my home as best I could without him here as my support. I decided to follow through with his wishes and have securahome come and install sash windows. They came in a trice. They promised fast and efficient installation. All of that was true except for the installation which had left me feeling very insecure in my own home. They chased me for payment 3 phone calls two emails. The bill was paid within 2 days of installation but now I have absolutely no faith or trust in them. Many say their customer service is non existent I did not credit it until experiencing it. I have written phoned filled out forms on line and nothing other than being told they have noted my contact 2144 I have informed them of my intention to contact trading standards after hearing a program about how trading standards want to cut down on this type of behaviour by companies. However I’m loathed to because of my husbands views which I hold dear but if this goes on I to the winter months I’m left to either contact the bank for advice or a legal advisor because technically these windows are barely 4 weeks in situ. Is there anyone who can advise me otherwise please

After struggling against the weather for 25 years with a wooden conservatory, we finally opted to replace it with a UPVC one from Securahome. It was an excellent decision and, not only is this an attractive, complementary addition to our old farmhouse but we now have the confidence and assurance that it will withstand the harsh weather conditions to which we are often subjected. Thank you Securahome.

We originally used securahome on our previous house to replace some french doors and front door, everything was great so after we moved to a new home we didn't hesitate to contact them for further work. In our new home they replaced all the windows, installed a composite front door, replaced all the guttering, fascias and soft fits. Unfortunately there have been a few issues over the last couple years and the warranty seems to be worthless.
The latch on the composite door wasn't working smoothly, they slapped some grease on and called it fixed but the issue persists. One of the windows can't be opened but most annoying of all are the issues with the guttering. The guttering is leaking water onto the drive by our front door because the clips haven't been attached properly, furthermore the drainage segment into the downpipe hasn't been done correctly, in fact they haven't used a drainage section of guttering but rather a standard section that they've drilled a tiny hole in which isn't sufficient for any reasonable amount of water to drain. I should have expected this having noticed the same issue on the downpipe at the rear of the property on an outbuilding, in that instance they have drilled multiple small holes into the guttering for the water to drain, this was insufficient but with the outbuilding being single storey it wasn't an issue drilling a larger hole myself, this section of the house has now been knocked down for an extension which had the guttering installed correctly by a different company.
I have raised the guttering issues as two service tickets over the last 7 weeks but have yet to have a response.
The jobs have obviously been rushed and not completed to the correct standard and the warranty is useless when the service tickets are being ignored.
