My Experience Was Great Ms.Yolanda was Very Helpful and Very Mannarable I put today's date but also last month when I first signed for storage Ms.yolanda helped with directions and storage information I'm very pleased with the service

Don't come here they will steal your stuff and yes Evonne Poe is management and she is apart of the stealing crew. Look at her background on OSCN.

Most the good reviews are FAKE and Evonne "the property manager" is posting them herself to make her look better. She's a criminal and it's all documented on OSCN. Look up Evonne Poe.

The one located at 2420 South Meridian Avenue, Oklahoma City, 73108 is horrible. The property manager Evonne Poe is a thief! She will steal your valuables!

The first month was $20 and then the rent was supposed to be $60 after that. However after my second month, they increased the rate to $110. That is nearly a 100% increase! I was on auto pay, so didn't realize it for a couple of months when I had no more money in the account left to pay. So I missed a month and was charged a $20 late fee. So, then the next month came due and I called on Sunday to raise my concerns. They said there's nothing they can do. However, they would remove the $20 late fee. It was a few days into the next month and we asked if we payed the previous month could they prorate the current month and we would remove our things from the unit. They said they couldn't prorate and the best the could do was take $20 off. We said we would call back Monday and speak with the manager. Monday came and I had an email from them. Not only did they NOT remove the late fee as agreed, they put a lien on it and now my bill was $320. My partner called and asked how much for a unit the same size as mine and they quoted him $71. So, he said well then why are we being charged $110? They said market conditions. Then they said it's an introductory rate and that would increase. So, this is their practice. Get you in, then raise your rent. And not just a little, but almost double! I would definitely bank on them preying on the fact that once moved in people don't want to move their stuff. This place is a rip off!! Oh and it's for a non climate controlled unit that's not 24hrs. So go somewhere else folks!

I was charge 100 + s month for a unit I never stepped foot in. I reserved it online. I got paperwork stating to finalize my rental to come in sign paperwork get the keys get the unit number and talk to the manager which I never did i I received the email asking if I had moved in and I said no then all of a sudden I started getting charges per month for about 45 minutes I can't give exact dates but I have all the paperwork in my email but I'm writing this at the moment

They lowered the senior discount from 10% to 5% in the middle of the month, after invoices were sent, and expect everyone to pay the increase even though the invoice shows a smaller amount

The property manager, at the Secure Care storage facility, 9135 South Sheridan Riad, Tulsa, OK, Peter, was extremely helpful, courteous and professional, providing me assistance with my selecting a storage unit.

I give him a high five and five star rating.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME OUR STORAGE UNIT HAS GOTTEN BROKEN INTO. THIS TIME THEY TOTALLY RANSACKED OUR ENTIRE UNIT, BROKE FURNITURE ETC. I AM SURE THERE ARE OTHER UNITS THAT GOT HIT, BESIDES OURS. THEY PICKED THE LOCK AND PUT IT ON BACKWARDS AGAIN! SO, ITS GOTTA BE THE SAME PEOPLE! WE WILL BE LOOKING INTO A SECURITY CAMERA AND ALARM FOR OUR UNIT, I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME! WE ARE LIVID AND ANGRY!

Melinda was more then helpful , she went out of her way to help us and it was a great experience...you guys have a keeper there and deserves a raise ....thank you Melinda .

I would like to acknowledge the kindness, and professionalism that Casey Lilac extended to my daughter and I today. He helped me with a problem I had signing up online for my storage unit. He escorted us to the unit. Explained the code system. The whole experience was comfortable and i formative. Good job Casey!

i had great service with them, very friendly and so very helpful. thank you so very much. made getting a storage unit so easy and very fast service too. i normally dont leave reviews but in this case i had to the ladies in the office are so sweet and kind, got me in and in my unit quickly. they actually care.

I really wish there was a zero for ratings.. First and foremost they raised the rent without notice so quick after I moved my items in. Then, I have never known not being able to make my payment after being late at least one day just to be told they added a new month and now they can’t take partial payments. Let me just say this do as you please but if I’m taking my time to write this response please take heed… Do not put your belongings in here I don’t know if there are new managers or what but their attitudes etc. are not professional by far. I will be paying my dues but I Wholeheartedly advise people to do your research with these companies that try to take you fast . Additionally to add I started off paying 167.00 got an email stating rent was raising that brought me to 223.00 monthly so imagine happening to pay your late then your new months payment all at once no exceptions no partials. Would give zero stars if I could. My family has been a loyal customer of Securcare for years. After the recession we had a few late payments, but always made up the bill. This company does not care about the security of your items in any way. They can and will loan shark your unit and require that you come up with 5 times the rent in order to avoid an auction of your personal family belongings. This company is disgusting.

You are raising your rates again? Not on me. I'll be moving out.

For everyone else, beware the greed of this company.

Someone from your corporate office needs to get ahold of me. My unit has been broken into twice in a month and a half. And I am not getting any cooperation. I talked to a Monica woman in corporate and the store employees both said I would be able to get into my place today. No one is there at all. And Monica now is saying she didn't talk to me. This place is not secure. I will be reviewing with the bbb and anywhere else I can to make sure everyone knows how unsecured secure care self storage is. I have now waisted 2 trips to Colorado Springs. And had to buy my own locks when it was your people that cut them. Twice now. I need someone to contact me asap

Kim, manager at the 5717 Will Ruth, El Paso, TX location was so helpful, courteous and professional. SecureCare Storage is very affordable and unit and the property grounds are clean.
