Fraudulent company!!!
Card payments don't work then they try to make you pay in bitcoin. Then they cancel your account for "Fraud Card Payments"

Never never never think to buy from IPBurger, Bad proxies, and worst customer support ever.

fraudulent company, their residential ips at $62 per month does NOT even work most of the time. wont allow you access to sites like paypal unless you pay EXTRA. this company is a joke made by aspkin founders. scam scam scam. stay away when you ask for money back after testing their service ( made purchase 3 days ago tested it not as descripted they wouldn't refund ).

The Best Proxy and High Class Support
At first, they working very fine at my targeted site but they support was very friendly and gave a new plan with better proxies which helped to solve this issue. Works great on the site.

I signed up for Ipburger as they have lots of USA city's and the one I was looking for. It was so easy to install and get up and running and is working great. No captcha's!

Great value for the price as well.

Slow or not working proxies, bad support, very expensive vs the experience.

You can't use them with a BASIC CURL command and they push you on their chrome extension that we do not need for what we use.

RUN AWAY!!! I tried to cancel my service in January of 2022. I could not get someone online to cancel it even though I tried for many days. I ended up deleting my payment method from the website and changed my payment method to bitcoin, even though I do not own bitcoin and IPburger would have no way to receive payment. Fast forward to today and I see multiple payments for $15.80 OVER what my original subscription was for! None of these charges were authorized and even though the payment method on the invoices say bitcoin I was still charged on my credit card that was not tied to my account in anyway! I have contacted customer support and they are a joke! They at first told me they could only refund the most recent month. When they did issue this refund they issued it for $63.20 (which is the amount my invoice was for) and not the actual $79.00 I was charged! On top of the fact that I did not authorize any of these charges, and their own invoices shows $63.20 a month, I was charged $79.00! Support keeps claiming they are waiting on a response from the accounts team! After a week, and with customer support clearly saying this is a mistake, nothing has been done and they refuse to allow me to speak to anyone else! The behavior is a clear sign of fraud!

I contact support many times to cancel my subscription because I am not using the service anymore and they said they canceled already but my card always charges when I contact them again they said that because I am registered for automatic payment my credit card will continue to get charge. That's bad customer service. I told them many times to cancel my subscription because I am not using them anymore but still they charge me many times and when I asked them to get a refund because I am not using the IP burger anymore they told me they can't process the refund. Please beware about using this service they tend to charge you without knowing.

IP Burger is good for social media account handling

Horrible customer service and blacklisted proxies that result in accounts being banned. I reached out to them as their policy states that if you don't use any of the proxies you are viable for a refund, before using any proxy I always make sure to run them through anti-fraud detection and all were blacklisted so I tried obtaining a refund and was told It can't be processed, essentially going against their policy then not replying to me for two weeks!

Honestly if you want a good proxy that has no issued at all then if you're reading this I suggest you purchase them from 911.re.

Ultimately Ip Burger is a horrible company and I can provide all the proof and my interaction with their "support" team. What company has a support team that lack the one thing that makes them what they are.....support!

If your goal's to watch netflix or something then it won't be a problem but most people that use proxies are businesses either conducting research or managing multiple accounts and if that's the case......STAY AWAY FROM IPBURGER
