Always deliver. Documents that are clear and concise. Simple to do business with.

(This is my second review of S.I.G.) Absolutely awesome investing company to work with. It is my fourth year since my first investment and we just renew for another three. Secured Income Group team does an outstanding job in communication, especially Stacey, whenever questions we have the answer is given right away. Due to Covid-19, we had some monetary shortage and having the extra additional funds from S.I.G. was just fantastic. We're planning to continue investing with S.I.G. in the future and beyond.

Timely reports and personal advisor easy to contact and has current advise.

I have been investing with Secured Income Group for over 1 year and so far so good. They have very responsive with all of my many questions and they met with me in person before my first investment with them. Payments always on time and since I started my first investment, I added additional funds several time and have even referred them to my brother who is currently a client.

They were great, very helpful, Stacey especially. Always answered questions right away. I will invest with again.

Excellent business investment model!
The experience I have had and continue to have is great. SIG has a good platform, they answer the phone and it's easy to understand this investment. They require a good LTV/LTC and they have a thorough oversight approach. From evaluations to title work, they are involved which means they know where my money is.....
