I had previously attended a Security + class with another provider. I was issued a certificate to take the test but never did because I knew I wasn't ready. With Secure Ninja we had 4 days of class and tested on the 5th day and I passed. Most of the others in the class did too. Our instructor Okey was the best instructor I've ever had. He could teach the class without a book but used one just to keep track of what we have covered. I recommend Secure Ninja to help you pass the Security + class and I hope you get Okey as an instructor.

Class material, instructor, venue, site staff, SecureNinja staff were all excellent. Tasty choices on meals provided.

The instructor was excellent. He had a excellent insight and knowledge of Cloud systems and vendors. Other than a few logistical issues the class went off smoothly.

The class was a comprehensive overview or review for the topics that will be on the test. Tariq is an excellent and dynamic instructor, providing examples to help illustrate concepts. The course materials supplement the class by providing more details and example questions.

Content of the CISSP Bootcamp class is substantive, and would earn another star except for the use of stolen practice questions from the web with no real answer key. This would be no big deal if it weren't for the fact that hours upon hours were dedicated to these questions, and the instructor dismissed other online sample question tools as having "mere opinions" as answers. He also was frequently persuaded by the students to change his answer to be something other than what he had planned.The discussions surrounding the answers were productive debates, and I did learn from them, but without having an official answer key as reference, I actually don't know if what I remember from the debate is correct or not - which is a huge disservice to students.

I think the point was that we can't possibly know what's on the real test so other tools available would be just guesses as to what's on the test. Ok, sure, but in the end students need an answer key to latch on to as some type of reference point - otherwise why are they in class? I brought this issue up with both the SecureNinja instructor and with the management team on the second day of class - only to get a "we'll look into this" response. No further discussion has occurred since.

The instructor also felt free to share personal medical history, dating experiences, political and religious opinions openly and without regard for whoever may be present. While I personally wasn't offended by the specific conversations, it seemed extremely unprofessional and potentially very risky for the parent company.

In the hands of another instructor, I think the class would get higher marks from me, but the fact remains I don't feel significantly more prepared for the CISSP exam than I did before class.

I would like the class to provide more material to use for studying, I.e guides, textbooks, tools.

I was very satisfied with the content, depth, and flow the CCNA course by SecureNinja.

The facilities were nice and the staff accommodating.
The instructor LEO provided tips and tricks on how to take tests but was very light on substance. In a number of instances, he would narrow our choices to two but then could not give us any curriculum based instruction on the correct answer.

To be fair he asked us up front why we were there and some of us answered "To pass the test", but as the week went on I got less and less out of the training. Friday could have been better spent in my hotel room prepping on my own. I did pass the test and because of that I raised my score to a 3.

Staff, instructor, and location were excellent. Parking was a major issue.

Excellent course. I really appreciate how the instructor spent his time to demonstrate and walk the student through the more advanced hacks that are being seen in the wild. Well done!

After previously trying free online training programs & struggling through books, my company paid for this training session. My instructor (Cazzy Jordan) opened my eyes to the big picture as well as to the myriad technical details. This training was INVALUABLE in my progress to pass the Security+ exam. One of my colleagues with more experience than me passed the test on the last training day. I know what I need to study to be fully prepared for the exam and need another week of personal study before I take it but there will be no surprises when I do. My SecureNinja instructor provided an EXCELLENT format, examples, and analogies that brought Security+ alive in a very interactive and interesting manner. Thank you, SecureNinja.

Great class!

They gave me a boot camp for an expired version of the exam. When I failed the first time, I requested additional exam vouchers. I had to contact them multiple times to finally receive the additional vouchers they have approved on initial contact. They did offer to provide the boot camp again but I couldn't take more time off of work.

The exam review questions accurately represented actual exam questions.

I thought this course was excellent as a prep course for the PMP license exam. The instructor, Remy Naravulu, was well versed in the subject and was able to teach the content well.
This course prepared me for what to study and how to study it.

There was a significant amount of material presented during the PMP class, spending a short time at the beginning of the class explaining how the class is structured and how material is going to be presented with respect to how the PMP exam is structured would set the students expectations on how the material is relevant to the exam questions. Additionally, having specific examples documented in the presentation material and completed vs making up examples on the fly would be an additional improvement.

Shaq from Secure Ninja was in excellent teacher. The material given was relevant to the associated exam and he worked to make sure that the class not only knew the material but understood it as well. A good amount of after class study time was required to be successful but that was mostly due to the large amount of material we had to cover.

All in all an excellent experience.
