Cancelled order without notice or even an explanation. I assume it was related to the Hellene but you could have atleast told me you were canceling the order and refunding rather than me waiting almost 2 weeks just to see the order cancelled without notice.

Site advertises products at prices they won't honor, and then offers to fulfill the order if you pay more than the advertised price. Cancels order when you won't pay more. Buyer beware.

The rehanding instructions were very vague and hard to follow. Took several hours of trial and error to complete.

Easy web site and ordering but 1 week in still no key blanks.

Ordered parts almost two weeks ago and they are in “awaiting shipment “ status without any communications on why delayed or when they are expected to be shipped! Very disappointed in the service received
