We purchased 2 lock assemblies
We purchased 2 lock assemblies. One I can't tighten the inside knob as much as I would like and it still roll back on it's own. The other door the key got stuck, pulled the lock assembly back off and noticed there is a plate with 2 screws that were loose tightened them up and fixed the problem. All and all I'm very pleased with our purchase, product arrived in a timely manner and seems to be operating fine.

Good product
Good product, nice replacement for original. Only issue was the latch bolt was set up for inward swinging door & I had ordered one for outward swinging. Not a big deal to change but I shouldn’t have to do that - especially when SLS is so specific when you order their parts.
