⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Institute with Professional Standards!

I have been associated with STS Institute since 2022, and I can confidently say they are a truly professional and reliable training provider. I obtained my first SIA Badge through them and have been working in the security industry for almost three years now. Recently, I completed my Door Supervisor (Refresher) and CCTV Course with STS Institute, and once again, I am fully satisfied with their service.

They maintain the highest standards in education and training, being very strict about classes and exams — just like top colleges or universities, ensuring full compliance with board requirements. Their instructors are highly skilled, experienced, and extremely supportive, always willing to share their knowledge to help students succeed.

Highly professional staff, make you feel comfortable and confident in every way, if you misunderstand anything during the training, they take the time on one to one to explain properly to the level where it's all clear. I highly recommend.

I recently attended the Highfield Level 2 Award for Close Protection Operatives in the Private Security Industry (Top Up) course with STS in Luton and was thoroughly impressed. The course was delivered at a highly professional level, with content that was both informative and engaging. The administration was efficient and seamless, making the overall experience smooth from start to finish.
The team at STS were approachable, warm, and professional, creating a welcoming learning environment. Having worked in the private security sector for over 15 years, I can confidently say that the knowledge and practical insights provided by STS are of exceptional value.

First Class training by a First Class company.
Having been let down by another training organisation I was sceptical that the same may happen but I couldn't have been more wrong STS were a night and day difference from the last !lford based training provider.

I was contacted within minutes of my enquiry with videos links and text speaking to an actual real person communication not Al, I was immediately sold.

They communicated throughout the process and throughout the course, the management were amazing and the instructor was first class, in fact world class!

The communication was kept up right up until we received our certification the following day.
Well done STS you are truly an amazing company.

I’ve been to a few SIA training courses this was by far the best. Knowledgeable, enthusiastic trainers with experience, friendly staff and very thorough. I highly recommend them for any SIA training courses.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience at Security Training Solutions (STS) in Luton. From the very beginning, the team was so professional, welcoming, and flexible with dates, which made a huge difference for me.

The staff are genuinely friendly and supportive, and the tutors are absolutely amazing – very knowledgeable, patient, and great at explaining every topic clearly. The courses are structured so well, with everything taught step by step in a way that makes it easy to understand.

The exams and practical assessments were carried out in a very professional manner, and I always felt supported and prepared. I came away not only with the skills and qualifications I needed but also with real confidence in myself.
